Drive thru. Ordered 2 SpongeBob meals, made them double patties. Drove all the way home to find single patties burgers. And not even enough special sauce to cover a pickle. Drove back to Wendy's and they only wanted to replace the burgers and not compensate for my time. Received a large fry for my trouble. That's it.
Glad there's plenty of other places to eat without the blatant apathy from the manager for the hassle they put me through.
I don't eat fast food often but when I do, Wendy's is one of the only ones that I use. Their spicy chicken sandwich or spicy chicken nuggets are my go to. There's a decent amount of parking since it shares the lot with Walmart. Their staff is always been courteous and helpful. Check out my profile for great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌????
When did the drive-thru twice the first time to get my meal the second time literally to fix my first meal only to have the same person act like a total jackass. The professionalism and the quality of food was below par and would never go to the spot again
Breakfast was amazing, for 3 dollars I got 2 egg and cheese biscuits, first let me start off by saying there was no line, super sweet girl working the drive up window made my morning better. Now the food, biscuits were amazing, I don't eat bread but I could not help but to keep eating these, super impressed with the quality. Eggs were hot. Everything was amazing, and for 3 bucks Wow.
Go here frequently and the staff is always nice, food is right. For me, this is the "good Wendy's."
I used to work at wendy's when I was a teenager back in the 80s. It's certainly not as good as it was back then. They just don't seem to care about the quality as much as they used to. Seems to be a trend with all the big chains. The employees are great- still mostly teenagers. It's the corporation that doesn't care anymore.
Well I go to Wendy’s quite a bit for the biggie bags because they’re one of the cheaper things to buy at any fast food place nowadays and this day 7/2/24 I had gone after my trip to Walmart because it was a long day and I ordered and pulled up to the first window to pay and I only had my credit card on me so I handed them the card and it took an unusually long time to receive back. In the back of my head I thought “wouldn’t it be crazy if they just copied my number down to use it later, nah, I go here all the time. They wouldn’t do that” only for later that day to have not one but TWO DoorDash orders from the California area to be charged to my card and maxed it out. I didn’t even realize until this week that this had happened and I can only narrow it down to this place since it was the last purchase I made on my card and it was the exact same day. Please watch out for giving your cards to this place they stole over $200+ from me and I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else, especially if it wasn’t a credit card. I will no longer be going to this location because of this and I really truly hope they find who is doing this and fires them before they do it to the wrong person.
When to Wendy's through the drive-thru first thing in the morning when they opened and they told me they could not serve me because the food would not be ready for at least 35 to 45 minutes. They told me there is another Wendy's a couple miles away and I can go there. This is extremely unprofessional an unacceptable.
