Aug 2024: Service was quick. Our server (Jesus) was good. There is a large indoor seating area, connected to a gas station convenience store, and it was clean. We ordered one double bacon cheeseburger, one junior bacon cheeseburger, one baked potato, one frosty. ($16) No criticism of this location or the chain in general, but for interests sake: but the exact order in March 2018 cost $7.36 (just found an old receipt in a drawer)
I don't visit Wendy's often, maybe 2 or 3 times a year, max. Years ago, I'd always get the Asiago Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. It use to be a pretty decent sized sandwich. Got one tonight for the first time in awhile and I thought it was a joke. It's half the size it use to be. I couldn't believe I paid almost $8 for such a pathetic sandwich. And to top it off, they forgot half of the ingredients. I don't really expect much getting fast food these days but if I'm paying $42 for 4 meals, I expect to get the orders right and expect to have something that's worth the price. From now on, in the rare instance I want to grab a quick bite from here, I'll opt for the Chicken BLT, since it's almost the same size as the "bigger" chicken sandwich and half the price. On the positive side, it tasted fine and the rest of the order of burgers and fries were fine, so not a total loss.
Fast and friendly service. Orders were all correct (there were 4 of us). The salad is really good, the Pretzel pub burger was a huge hit with our group and we always love the french fries.
Also tried the new strawberry frosty and it was yummy! Good strawberry flavor and still creamy! ????
I don’t leave many reviews, and I’ve never left one for a fast food restaurant. The service I received in there today was so impressive I felt like I needed to. Most of the time ordering from a kiosk is slightly annoying as the front counter worker forgets about you. You wait 15 minutes to get your food then finally receive it and then have to ask for a drink cup. But not here, I ordered at the kiosk right as I got done the guy up front handed me a drink cup. Shortly after I got my drink my food was already done. Guy handed me my food wished me a happy day and sent me on my way. It’s little things like this that I appreciate
We stood in line by ourselves forever. No kiosk to even order by ourselves. It probably would have been easier to just go through the drive thru to get service. Almost left before the kid walked up and said, "ok". They weren't helpful and acted as if we were bothering them. Terrible service.
Normally I love the of food at this location but these "saucy" nugs are more like "watery" nugs.
This Wendy’s is a fairly busy location as it is right off the highway. I tried the honey barbeque saucy nugs for the first time and they were awesome. They have a drive-thru but I walked in and ordered from one of the two kiosks and paid by credit card. I didn’t have to wait very long for my order. If you like people-watching this is a fine place as there are a lot of tourists passing through as well as the locals. There is ample parking out back for larger vehicles.
Great location if driving south. Food was made correctly; the sandwich was hot, the chocolate frosty was cold. Polite and fast service.
