Medium lemonade No Ice looks like when you remove the lemonade. Cashier told me they'd have to dump out the whole lemonade when I asked for it to be fixed. If I wasn't so tired, I wouldn't have been guilted into keeping it.
Went through the drive through and the girl taking the order seemed a little confused on what I wanted. I thought I was being clear that I wanted a regular/medium frosty as the drink with a bacon double stack and large fry. Also said no onion and add mayo on the burger. The order came out fast and it was clear that the food was already made just sitting around with that speed. The burger had onion with no mayo or mustard (supposed to have mustard), so they didn’t do my request at all and the burger was dry and burnt. I meant to order the son of a baconator so I was disappointed in getting less cheese and bacon, but that was my mistake. Overall the burger was overcooked and the cheese cooked almost all the way off too from that, bacon also overcooked and unappetizing. They also gave me a small fry when I wanted a large, very disappointing. I think the only thing correct and good was the frosty. The fries were good but not the right size. Normally I like Wendy’s but this one needs help.
Update: I definitely got charged for what I ordered but got way less than what I paid for???? charged for 2 large fries got one small and one medium. This place makes me mad
I usually go to this Wendy's a lot, and it's been a pleasant experience for the most part. Tonight unfortunately has been one of the exceptions. I ordered through the app the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich, and instead they decided to give me a son of a baconator. This is not what I asked for, and not only that, it's cheaper than what I originally ordered. Just beware if you're going to be using the app.
Normally Wendy's means good food. Well not this place. The chicken sandwich I ordered was dry and hard as a rock. Also the fries felt as if they were left out all day and kept warm. Staff seemed lazy and with no care in the world.
Baconator fries without bacon. Just half melted shredded cheese. Pretty incredible to mess that up. They also forgot my frosty which I had to remind them to get since they were acting like why are you still waiting here? The frosty was room temperature liquid. They are amazing at failing. They never have baked potato’s.
Drive thru told us to come inside to order because the register wasn't working. I went in and waited at the counter to order. Every single employee in the place looked up at me, didn't acknowledge me, and basically ignored me. I asked for help, and no one responded. I finally left without getting any help. Customer service doesn't exist at this location. No customers at the counter, no customers in drive thru. Drive thru person just played with his phone the entire time.

I have never tried the Wendy’s breakfast before and was super pleased at the quality of food and the flavor-fullness.
What is remarkable though is this particular Wendy’s has such nice people and such kind attitudes and when I ask for ketchup and it’s during a pandemic time they made sure not to touch my ketchup and put it in a bag and didn’t ask me they just made sure they created a system under which I was going to feel comfortable using that ketchup.
Impressive people impressive food.
Horrible customer service- workers standing around gossiping. Me and another customer waited the counter and no one greeted us. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed lukewarm like it’s been sitting around.
