out here in a dump truck trying to get the water back on in this community. but this store is drive through only. so off limits to all the truck drivers in the area, trying to help out after storm damage.
I went at 10:30pm on 11/8/24.
The first woman at the register was talking on the phone the entire time that she was taking my order and collecting my money.
The second window, the dude proceeded to not talk to me didn’t say have a good night or anything, and slammed the window in my face.
I called the number and talk to the manager, She was making excuses for them as a manager that should not be if you were on the What kind of situation you were in you need to step away then she proceeded to tell me that they were slammed. I was the only person in that line and there was nobody inside.
Horrible, horrible customer service I will never go back.
Theres two things that are an issue for us. One is that the kids' meal cup does not have a small straw that goes in it. So you have this tiny little cup with this normal sized straw. It's a struggle for the littles. We have been cutting it down ourselves, but if you don't have a pocket knife with you, then your little will struggle a bit. Two is we've noticed that the burgers are getting smaller. Literally, they seem to be shrinking. We don't stop there a lot, but each time we do, it seems like the burgers get smaller and the price goes up.
Can't say much about the employees only made eye contact with the guy at the payment desk. A small Frosty cost $3.50 in what looked like an 8 oz cup. I don't think I can eat at such an upscale restaurant anymore

My son is trying to collect the toy Halloween Frostys. We ask for a ghost or witch they said no problem we will get that for you.
I drive a awy with a screaming 5 year old for 20 mins on the ride home because they lied to him. ????
I paid 4.93 for an order of fries and a hot coke . They advertised any size soft drink for $1
We waited a long time for our order to be taken, but overall excellent food and fast delivery of the order.
Got a 20 piece honey bbq nuggets and there was little to no sauce! What’s the point? Lately these fast food places, even this place has gotten orders wrong or do not know how to put a sandwich together. Lord god.
