This is by far the cleanest and nicest and most professional Wendy's I've ever been to in my life! The service was impeccable. I was on my way to Cincinnati and stopped in for a bite the place was off the charts excellent!! Probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen honestly.. the food was perfect and they even gave my dog a little Patty perfectly for her! Very impressive. Grateful for Good service (Joshua) if I lived around here I would totally come back more and more if I wanted this kind of food
my preferences is not a sweet bun and not bread and butter pickels they messed up our order how does one mess up back potato with butter and cheese.
I ordered through the Mobil app on my lunch break. My sandwich was wrong so I had to go back to the restaurant and get it remade. I handed her the receipt and let her know which meal was wrong, she kept yelling out the wrong ingredients and I had to correct her 3 times when all she had to do was look at the receipt. I expected the meal to get made over since my fries and nuggets were cold…no, just a new sandwich. But what I could not stand was how nasty the person was to me. I will not be going back.
the worker walked pass the counter multiple times without acknowledging us and the people behind us. Made us wait 10 minutes, and we had to ask them ourselves if they were going to serve us. we all ended up leaving for another location.
Slow service at night (not many orders), waited 10 min at front. No one helped us until we called for someone at the back. Horrible experience.
The manager Cheryl is being rude doesn't actively listen she listen to be right....she over talks customer...
Not sure how she became a manager ....the example she set for the employees is horrible
Put in a $70 order through the drive thru and they handled it like champs! Not only was our order hot and fresh, but they got it perfect. This is definitely a location worth stopping at for a meal, especially since they just remodeled it as well.
Service was a bit slow inside about a 10 min wait and the line was long. Sometimes you just want to eat inside and not use the drive through.
