This Wendy's, on Route 17 South in Rutherford, is a quiet peaceful dining experience. It seems that it is more popular as a drive through, get your food, and be on your way, type of establishment, than as a come in, take a seat , and enjoy your meal place. That's all right with me; it just makes my meal more relaxing. When I arrived, there were about a dozen cars on the drive thru line, and no one on line inside. This didn't matter. I was served quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. My time was well spent here.
I have been here many times food is good but people in the driveway are not very friendly . I usually have the chili with cheddar cheese and crackers. I tried the chocolate shake they said it was a cross between ice cream and a shake whatever that means . It was good small was super little but $2.99 which I thought was a little pricey for a extra small shake. It was good though. I also had the cheddar cheese and bacon potatoe. I wanted to get the Broccoli and Cheddar potatoe and than they told me they no longer have the broccoli potato. I was very disappointed. I never went inside the store I have only been in the driveway to get my food .
Honestly I am disappointed. Today we spent close to $50 for some 2nd graders for their last day of school. The AC wasn’t working, items were missing in our order. They barely provide napkins. We had to kelp going up to ask. Skimpy on the ketchup.
I guess they were grumpy since they were sweaty.
Ozzyy did a great job of making me feel as though I made the most lucrative of purchases and made 100% want to return

Food is always hot and fresh, service efficient and friendly. Restaurant is clean, including rest room.
Worst experience of my life. Cannot begin to explain the incompetence that was displayed at this place. I get it. It's a wendies. You took the job. Stop making everybody feel bad. Completely pathetic and unsanitary work force. Employees smell like animals. Good job guys.
First off the drive through person told me there was no lemonade to make my tropical berry drink then after I say are you messing with me she offers strawberry lemonade??? Then all of a sudden there lemonade and not friendly through the mic, then I finally get my food drive home tired open bag and boom wrong sandwich ???????????? so I call the Wendy's ask for the manager and its Nancy she pulls up my order and says well you ordered something else I told her no I ordered barbecue cheese burgers 2 meals she then tells me didnt you look at screen no I didnt I said inam tired from 13 hours working and the drive through people said barbecue sandwiches so now I have to get dressed again and go back tonget correct sandwiches very frustrating. Not a happy customer at all. She recovered let me keep wrong order plus correct order now happy
