Very nice Wendys! Clean, fast service and kind staff. Excellent burgers, well prepared and fairly priced. Good for everyday lunches or dinners. Highly recommend!
I completed a mobile order upon arrival I was told the item I ordered (Krabby Patty) was out of stock for the evening and I would need to go to the website to request a refund. I have requested twice with all the required information and have received no contact. If anyone from Wendy's monitors this and wants to help the order number on the request is 1096026212
I usually go to this Wendy's maybe once or twice a month. The past 6 months the quality of food and service has been horrible.
I usually get the biggie bag and a Jr bacon cheeseburger.
The Fries are ALWAYS old and extremely unfresh. The burgers are burnt and for some reason the Jr bacon cheeseburger 9 times out of 10 has the smallest sized tomatoe slice that doesn't even cover half the burger or it'll have the smallest sized lettuce piece.
For the price of the food you'd expect your food to be fresh but it feels like they prep food and it'll sit under a heated lamp until someone buys it.
The service is unprofessional. Multiple times I've seen workers fooling around not doing their job and eyes red as can be. Obviously they don't care about quality or the job they work at.
The manager or corporate needs to look into this location because I'm done paying for crap. This location used to take quality seriously.
I have ordered food from this location twice now and both times the order has not been correct. The first time I was missing items and the bacon and cheese sauce that comes on my sandwich was missing. Today I am missing the ranch sauce I asked for as well as my food is incorrect. I asked for no crispy onions and extra cheese sauce (that I was charged for) instead they put onions on and not only didn’t add the extra cheese sauce but also did not put on the other cheese say that originally comes with my sandwich!
The young man running the register tonight was professional, efficient, and friemdly. Got our order in and out all while training new employees. Food was fresh and hot as well.
Stopped for lunch. The chicken sandwich appears to have gotten smaller. The service was good and fast. Everything tasted good as well.
I love this location. Every time I come here my food is perfect. They give me extra onions like I ask; and they keep the store clean.
Look at the lettuce on this sandwich! Literally perfection.
This location is my preferred Wendy's. All of the employees are so kind as well.
Mobile order around 1:30pm, Jr bacon cheeseburger was so old, cold the cheese was cold. Chicken sand, old. Fries, old. Drive thru
I wish people would serve food that they would serve for themselves.
I was very hungry, ended up throwing 1/2 of it away.
