8/2024 4* Food was good. Service was just ok. And the atmosphere was less than desirable. Looked like people were living in there. Not for me. Outside of the building is ok, but the grounds and parking are terrible. I am unlikely to return.
Advertisements for salted caramel frosty plastered all over the place yet when I went through the drive thru the guy told me they didn’t have it. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Good job guys.
Damien was very nice and willing to help fix my order. My encounter with him at window number one was a very pleasant and I would come back again because the service was so great.
The worker Amya handle my problem very well and efficient. She corrected what was wrong was very nice about it. It was not a long wait for her to fix the problem and I recommend her for a promotion or a raise. I would come back just because of her. The date I Went on is October 1st @3:30
This Wendy's is mediocre! I ordered a triple Baconator with no bun and no condiments, and I got a Dave's Triple wrapped in lettuce, toppings and condiments. I said my order loud and clear at the drive thru speaker. The service is poor. The employees looked depressed, with no energy. Unless the reviews become better, I don't see myself coming back!
The food was alright. The front cashier has an AirPod on and messed up my order 3 times back to back to back (Offered to remake my double meat sandwich). Not to mention it took 10 minutes for me to get my initial order and I had to remind them about the sandwich they promised to remake after already waiting another 10 minutes with minimal people order inside. Then when they did give my sandwich it was only a single when I paid for a double…
Never going here again, terrible service. After ordering food we stood there waiting for nearly 45min. Everyone in there was ignoring us, asked for the manager to get a refund. Never again.
Please do better. I waited 15 min in line just to receive soggy nuggets. This chain is going down hill
