I have not been to a Wendy’s in years but the burger thickness impressed me!
When we arrived we tried to go inside but it was closed. No big deal, that was fine. we just went through the drive-through. But when we realized that the inside was closed, we heard laughing from a car and yelled that they were closed and the people got out making fun of us. They had on Wendy's uniforms. I'm assuming they had just gotten off of work. I don't care that they were hanging out in the parking lot, but you don't need to be making your customers feel stupid by making fun of them even if you're off work
Well, I went into Wendy's about 6:15 and all I needed was a small fry and I stood there and stood there while there were 3 ppl that I could actually see not even asking if they could help me or even say it will be a second. I saw a female leaning on the counter as she saw me and walked pass me twice and a young man who was going to punch out ignored me to. I did not realize the Wendy's conducts business this way and customers are not valued at all.!!!! Oh by the way did I say I was the only person in the whole place. Well I was. Not like the dining area was busy! I will not be back to Wendy's and by the way the drive up customer service isn't any better! Thank Wendy's. Great job!!!
Honestly I just had a terrible experience getting my lunch at Wendy’s in drive thru. She asked what I would get and I told her 2 baconator meal/combo and she asked me what size and I said medium so she told me “medium what?” I didn’t understand properly the question since the fact that I already told her what I wanted and she was asking me the size. After that something similar happened at the next window, I asked for coke but there’s no coke and I asked her “ok, so which other do you have?” And she told just the other coke flavors and I asked her again the same question and she said “I just told you” I didn’t wanna know just the coke flavors I wanted to know all the other sodas the store had. She was just being rude for no reason. But ok said thank you and wished her a great day, by the way no answer for that as well.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now on my breaks. After today, I’ll never return. I asked for a large cup of ice with my order at the drive thru intercom. As I completed my payment and received my food, I patiently waited for my large cup of ice that I ordered. The heavier set women with light eyes screamed “you got everything you needed” and I responded that I didn’t receive my large cup of ice. She proceeded to further scream at me yelling that they only give complimentary small cups of ice, she continued to roll her eyes and let her co worker assist me further. I’ve already been yelled at enough at work, so to come to my regular Wendy’s to be screamed at by an employee for simply just wanting ice that I said I would pay for is disgusting. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unprovoked as I was extremely polite as I always am.
Certainly taking my complaint to cooperate, no one deserves to be yelled at for ice.
Always a nice place to be in Brockton. Oak Street Wendy's has a great manager, Eugenia, and great staff, friendly, and even if they make a mistake, are ready to fix it, with a smile and a sincere smile. I LOVE this particular venue. Keep up the good work, Wendy's !! ❤️
Horrible the place is dirty the staff are irresponsible and left a wax paper in my sandwich and the food is old and warm. Never going to eat there again that place needs to shut down
I've come here multiple times. The food is good, which is why I keep coming back despite how rude this one employee is that works there. I don't know if she has something against me or just hates her job. She always has a snarky remark EVERY single time I come here and she's working the drive thru. If you hate your job so much quit, it makes it really hard to come back here when people like that work here. It's a shame that I have to stop coming here because of her. Hire better people and educate them on their etiquette.
