Normally incredibly busy at lunch hour, this particular Wendy’s handled this complicated order with the service of a five star establishment. The drive-thru cashier was cheerful and especially patient. The food was hot and fresh and the order was correct on the first go ‘round. The best part? The amount of napkins that were in the bags! Guess they thought it could get a little messy… this particular Wendy’s is my favorite one to go to and they never disappoint!
They mess up our order almost every single time. This time my wife got the honey BBQ sauced nuggets. They used the spicy nuggets. They also left out an order of fries. I guess that's on me for not going through each item in the bag before pulling away.
Some of the other reviews claim otherwise, and maybe it's just due to the particular days they went vs. myself, but I've been here a few times over the past month and honestly I gotta say it's one of the best Wendy's nationwide I've been to.
Stopped eating at Wendy's entirely for quite a while due to bad experiences in another state with a different franchise running them but this particular establishment has been great.
Food is fine. The crew member Jamie was rude when we ordered our meal. The restaurant wasn't swept or moped.
Unfortunately I do not have much to say positive other than the food is edible more often than not… I live across the street and have come here atleast once a week over the past couple of months and officially hit my breaking point. The staff who close are usually awful and you can tell that they don’t want to be there. They have messed up my orders more times than gotten it correct. Usually my food is room temperature or cold When I get it also. I’d highly recommend not going to this location and going to the McDonald’s across the street or up to Taco Bell
Ordered the number 8 combo, the pretzel bun baconator and only got one beef patty and half the bacon but paid full price. I didn't find out until I got home.
Staff was friendly, but the wait was long even for a mobile order ahead of time, and there was hardly any meat on the burger or bacon on the fries. Does this lol like a $7 burger? A $10 order? It was cold and old, and so oversalted it was difficult to eat. Can't believe I punished my body instead of tossing it.
I will never be back. I might try a different Wendy's, but only if I get a special offer. I'll never pay full price for this insult.
Out of cup carriers, out of boats for baconator fries, what else are you guys out of?
You need Steve back, without the fighting because that's why he left.
