Best WLM Reviews
I’m writing this review as I have waited here forever…. more than 30 minutes for my food. I even ordered ahead on the app. I think they just need more help. Quite the line has built up and people are agitated. I’ll update this review if I ever get to try the food.
I went to Wendy's on Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg PA...After leaving The Wendy's at 6405 Grayson Road...it was not clean the cashier gave the impression of not caring about being there let alone of why was she there. I decided to go and get the Store number to file a complaint with corporate the manager said the store has no number and she do not have a name so I took her picture to email Wendy's Cooperate Customer Service she was very disturbing after I took her picture to post in the email or Media she then ran outside to take a picture of a Friend tags on the vehicle...I took another pic of her doing that, also call the dispatch for any other necessary information.
Ive been trying to order for the past 15 minutes and everybody just look at me and keep doing other stuff. How can you have a customer waiting for so long?
10/11/2024 at 5:23pm I had a 50 plus dollar order online that I picked up in store. I understand they were busy, but there were people standing around in the kitchen, outside of the front cashier, who was trying to expo and no one was stepping in to help her do both her jobs. I waited over 30 mins for my order when there were only 4 ahead of mine on the board when I arrived. I watched many people leave the line to order because they were not going to wait in a stagnant line inside for 20-40 mins. Once I did get my order, and head home, we found every item had something wrong. At that point, I was not driving all the way back, but I will never go to this location again.
I received the wrong burger, 35 nuggets vs the 50 ordered, no lettuce on 2 of the other burgers, one that had onion, but didn't come with onion. 1 small fry received that was supposed to also be medium. Pineapple frosty that was not blended at All & all the pineapple was sitting at the bottom. Extremely unhappy at spending $55 for something to be wrong with every component.
Absolutely the slowest fast food service that I have ever seen. Employees don’t seem to care to work and it shows. Order inside took 20 minutes and it was 2:30 on A Saturday. Can’t imagine they do during peak hours.
And we didn’t get it full order and had to leave
The tortilla was cold. The cheese was frozen in. The customer service is trash. Don’t come here.
Wendys is my preferred fast food so frequent several. This particular store is usually on my No Fly list for reasons like today. I waited in line for over 15 minutes when I got to the window the server never addressed me or the wait time. after another 7-8 minute wait she finally asked, what did you order? I waited another 10 minutes for 1 sandwich. With no thanks for waiting or sorry that took so long.....NOTHING!
I went with my boyfriend tonight and the person who take the order was a woman I don’t know her name but she was very polite. I hope we have more people like her! I’m very happy with her attention
