Didn’t get my order in the drive through so I went in and found out it was given to another customer. They threw it away and asked me 3 times what I ordered and I told them all 3 times they I got the Ghost pepper chicken sandwich. When I got home and got ready to eat I realized they it was a spicy asisago
Walked in the Batesville MS restaurant and got stared at and one cook told the one who took orders I had been standing there and she turned and looked at me and turned around and I continued to stand there and walked out. I counted 7 people in there working and they couldn’t wait on one customer. Another lady and child walked in behind me and got told they were short handed so they left also. No it’s pure laziness. They won’t $15 or more an hour but don’t won’t to work. LAZY!!! I WONT be back and there is probably others that won’t either.
The food might be excellent, but the line is long as hell and once you get in line for the drive-thru there's no way to get out of it. Like there would be at a normal restaurant. Zero stars for restaurant design

I ordered frostys on the app but when i got there they had no frostys. I did not get my money back either
9-7-24 at 8pm Absolutely terrible service, and got cold food. Definitely will NOT be back!
The new berry frosty wasn't what i wanted, it tasted good ifrozwness was perfect my order got mixed-up with the other order
Food is decent. Service is HORRIBLE unless the manager is around.
