imagine the drive-through lady getting your order wrong and then trying to charge you to correct it instead of placing the correct order for a BLT instead of adding bacon to your sandwich. she then gave me regular nuggets not spicy nuggets. Then for the pleasure of having to correct her and do her job for her. She threw her drinks at me at the window. she also didn’t give me receipt or any way to track her and tell you it was her. She knew what she was doing was wrong and poor customer service. Would not recommend going to this location. I want my money back.
Tldr: New Wendy's location that serves tasty burgers and fries at an affordable price.
This is a newer Wendy's location that gave us fast service, decent quality and tasty food. I had recently been turned off by the slow service at another Wendy's location. Fortunately this Wendy's had a lot of staff who worked quickly and were pleasant and polite. We ordered and paid at the self service screen kiosk and then waited to pick up our food to dine in. The freshly made burgers were tasty. The fries were crispy and awesome. The strawberry frosty was worth the calories. I will return to this Wendy's again.
The best Wendy’s or fast food location in general that I have been to in a LONG time. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast , the staff were so so kind and attentive and you could tell the manager on shift wanted to be there and enjoyed his job. and the food was great! Restoring my faith in restaurants!
I very seldom eat at Wendy’s anymore, but my family and I stopped here in our way home late tonight after seeing Lion King on broadway downtown Charlotte. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo which comes with fries and a drink, my son got the kid’s meal nuggets, my parents got the chili and a baked potato. The manager and three workers were all at the window, so I didn’t think with the manager being right there helping take orders they’d still get your order wrong. I began checking the bag after we pulled off, my son has his kids meal in a separate bag and everything is in there. I’m going through the other bag, everything is in there except my fries. I’m not understanding how you still get an order wrong and the manager is right there with you. I asked my dad if he’d turn around because I paid for food I didn’t get. He told me he and my mom were tired and I could just eat fries from my son’s kid’s meal. It’s not right. You pay a certain amount for a price of food and get cheated.
The best wendys ive ever been too. Outstanding costumer service. Everything tasted great. I recommend the chicken wrap. My husband loved his mushroom burger. The kids enjoyed there happy meals. Great tasting food. Clean place.
Customer service is lacking at this location. No manners of “How can I help you, How are you doing, Thank you, and definitely no smiles”. This young generation makes me worry but it starts at home. If you not happy with a job, then find something else with the attitudes. I rather have the smiling manager at this location this evening take my order and give me my order.
I had amazing service from the front Marcus he was an absolute gentleman and really made my day. However after I just finished my meal I was sitting in the dining area for about 5 minutes again after I finished my meal and the manager rudely walked over and told me to leave. The dining room was empty besides me her reasoning was that no one was allowed to hang in her dining room except for her. I went to my car and was there for about 2 minutes getting myself together when her other manager drove by on his way out only to circle back and tell me to leave the property! I quickly left despite not having done anything and the parking lot was fairly empty as well! I was highly disappointed in these two managers and I don’t see myself eating at this establishment again
???????? There’s no way that many hairs made it into my burger by accident. Seriously, and not tiny hairs either like multiple long hairs, strategically placed in the burger. Whoever did this should be fired and honestly facing criminal charges for trying to make someone sick. I’m never eating at Wendy’s again. They don’t pay enough to attract intelligent, competent workers, only the worst of the worst. The high schoo, drop out type to apparently think it’s funny to put hair in peoples food cause they are upset that they have to actually work for a living like everyone else. I got sick last night, still feeling sick this morning. ???????? Never, ever, ever ever. again. Don’t eat here. Never in my life thought I would experience this, they have cameras and record everything, yet this still happened. No quality control whatsoever, just pure anarchy, hairs and god knows what else that they put in peoples food out of spite. From now on I’m only ever eating food that I cook myself, that’s how disgusting this experience was, literally ruined the idea of eating out ever again.
