Incompetent workers, ghetto attitudes, and dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper and not even a soap dispenser available... How do these employees wash their hands?
5/30/2024 Dining room is supposed to open at 9 am according to a new sign posted on their door but it is still locked at 9:30 am. Had to wait by foot in the drive thru line for the employees to not be able to find my order placed on their app.
Good place off a busy road for a quick bite to eat. The soda machine wasn't working one day so they gave out the drinks at the counter. I love the ording kiosk but sometimes it has a slight delay. Very organized location that displays the order of your food preparation even with door dash customers. The front counter cashier was very good!
Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my whole life. They have no staff. You go to the kiosk put the order in. The order doesn't go to the kiosk but you get charged for the order. They can't fix it You get charged and you have to leave with no food. Do not go to this Wendy's it is the worst! Then they lock the door cuz they have no staff.
I definitely don't eat Wendy's every day. But stumbled across this location and was pleased by the service and great fresh food I was served. They also had a clean restroom for the Men ???? and that's a big plus+ to me.
I have really given up on this place. We come here every week tonight was the last straw. I started to eat my burger right my son had already started to eat his burger and found hair in his food first. Every time we come here its something before covid this place was great. We never get the right drinks plus its always something with the condiments.
The food wasn't hot despite the drive-thru line moving fast and it not being super busy. There were no condiments or napkins in the bag. Won't be returning to this location
Went to this location and tried to order. The girl said cash only because her credit card machine was down. I said ok and moved away from the speaker (it was 12:30 am, they close at 1 am) I ordered online and paid for a dave's single combo meal and 4pk of nuggets. Then went to the window and said I was there to pick up an order. The one girl (same as on speaker earlier) said ok. Then another girl came to the window and said we don't have anymore food, the frosty machine is out of all the stuff and we're closed. All this was at 12:49. Yes I understand these people want to go home, BUT they were on the clock, telling people at 12:30, cash only and we are out of food. They were paid for 30 min to do absolutely nothing. They are paid to work until they close and clean up. Period. That is theft from Wendy's and bad for business. They NEVER have the orange cream frosty either. They were ignoring me until i acted like i left. I went to take a picture and they ducked, but not before I go one. So, without further adieu, here they are. MANAGEMENT: DO BETTER. SOME OF US DEPEND ON THIS LOCATION FOR FOOD AS IT IS THE ONLY PLACE BESIDES RACETRAC ROLLER FOOD AND WAFFLE HOUSE. EEEWWWW.
I use to love Wendy’s breakfast. I stopped going about a month ago bc the food would be cold after being pulled up to wait for it. I went this morning and I unwrapped my breakfast sandwich and it was cold once again. Idk why it’s been cold lately but I won’t be going back
