I love Wendy's and I'm really happy to have one in my city. The food is great and ordering online is really easy. Recently I've had issues getting the correct items in my order. The person in the windows always seems frustrated that you're there. Also, their posted hours aren't correct. It says they're open until 1am Saturday but the past 2 times I've went there after 12am, nobody answers at the drive through. I think this is more down to the people they have working there that won't be there long than the management but it's still something the customer has to put up with.
If I could I'd give negative stars. Came through drive through sat 10 mins for them to take my order. Now trying to contact restaurant because my entire meal is wrong and receipt is unreadable. I tried to contact the facility, but they kept ignoring my calls or sending to voicemail. So after driving back across town, I just wanted a refund and apparently that has to come from corporate so hopefully I will receive something in the mail.
I ordered a number one single only ketchup and received it with only mayo.
I also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and received a fully loaded chicken sandwich instead.
ETA: 1 month later 12-10-24 As expected no refund. $23 for an entirely wrong meal.
Went through drive thru to learn that you can't get a baked potato until 8pm! It's 5pm and you tell me it will be two hours before you can get a baked potato?? Poor Management or lazy employees, or both.
I’m poor so I haven’t eaten fast food in a long time. Thought I’d treat myself. I was quickly disappointed, though the staff was friendly and kind. I ordered a number nine but when I got my sandwich, it was not great super small more breading than chicken and onion rings that were on top. At least I think that’s what they were. We just black burnt something Soda wasn’t fizzy The fries are OK. I spent $13. Wasn’t really too impressed. I Think I’ll continue to cook at home fast food just isn’t worth it anymore
Ordered on the app. When I arrived the doors were locked even tho it was just past 8pm. Sign says open til 1am. Long line for drive thru
Someone in that line said they lock the doors every night at 8pm. After close to 20 minutes in line I get my order and go home. There were no BBQ nuggets or the 2 boo books I ordered. Won't be back.
I came late after having a day, less than an hour to close, and ordered a fair amount of food with my husband. Even then, the food was delicious, the service was tops, and the demeanor was welcoming. The woman in the drive through was absolutely lovely with vibrant hair and an insistence that we knew we were welcome and valued. The gentlemen behind her sporting the impressive beard was working and so couldn't be a part of things much, but aided in providing a relaxing atmosphere. I hope I don't need it again soon, but it's wonderful to receive such kind and quality service for a late-night meal.
I wouldn't give one star went in to eat tonight. Every one just looked at us didn't take our order just looked like there still there. We left and so did 3 others customers. We all left and went to burger King down the road . Great service, friendly staff and fresh hot food at burger King ????
No catsup or napkins in dispenser. Asking for both got a nasty sigh. The dining room floor does not appear to have been swept all day. The service counters were very unclean and down right nasty. Very disappointed. Wendy’s has always been my go to fast food restaurant. I may need to reconsider this.
