Picked up a mobile order 5 min after I ordered it. I live 4 min from there. Literally got home and everything was Literally cold. This was at 745 pm too. Not like 5 min before close. No wonder I don't come here ofter. Only time the food is good is for breakfast.
Very professional staff. People were very helpful when trying to figure out how to use the soda machine. Diet coke was out in dining room but staff was able to fill it for me in kitchen. Even gave me a fresh one before leaving. Very clean kept up dining room. Would definitely come back to this location. Excellent experience
I ordered via Wendy’s mobile app around 3ish on a Saturday. I didn’t have to wait long, my food was cooked to perfection. Dining area was clean when I arrived and I had a great meal.
I don't think the evening shift likes people or wants to work at this restaurant. I gave my order, I said "Thank you" to 2 different employees, and never got a response from either one. I received my food first while my drink sat in the window for about 3-4 minutes. I got about 3 miles away and realized my burger order was wrong. Fries were great.
Always a good experience when it comes to food and when it comes to customer service. I know a lot of people don't like drive throughs because of the wait times but they absolutely got my order rights and I feel like the customer service experience was 10 out of 10.
Hey, the nuggets and fries were cold and old, but the service was quick and the staff were friendly. You should work on the quality of your food though, and cook smaller amounts. It's not like you're that busy, and it's obvious you're trying to save money on food waste.
Ordered Krabby patty. Had once before and had liked it. Last night it was so awful had to throw away. Whoever must have poured the sauce on. A couple small onions and pickles stuck in middle of bun. Just awful.
The associate taking my order was disrespectful , unprofessional. I had trouble hearing her through the intercom. She got mad! I am hard of hearing! The manager was no help. I will not be back to the Wendy's on Howell by Chase. The manager took the associate side and did not hear me out!
