EDIT: Well I gave it another try and it was much better. The Swiss croissants had the sauce on them and I actually was able to get more sauce on the side. Maybe a little more cooked than I would have liked but still good. That Swiss sauce is my favorite, they should package it and sell it by the jar.
I just spent almost THIRTY MINUTES in what was supposed to be a drive through order. Yes the line was long; i was unbothered. Order my food, pay, pull up... check my order... missing crispy chicken sandwich, given jr bacon cheeseburger instead of double stack; no biggie I'll run inside and have it fixed with receipt in hand... wait in line inside, show my receipt and wait to have my correct sandwiches come out.
I see 2 other orders being fixed as well while the drive through is dying down outside. I witness mobile order accidentally being swapped between a man and woman. Woman unknowingly leaves, they tell man his order was given away and he walks out. I wait for almost TWENTY minutes for my corrected sandwiches, while indoor order after order placed in line behind me is being filled. I received my cripsy chicken sandwich and a BACON double stack, so again not my exact order and by this time I'm NOT willing to wait around to have it fixed. The rest of my food is getting cold in the car, I'm NOT about to spend close to an hour to recieve my fast food order.
Never in my entire life have i waited this long inside or outside ordering of a fast food establishment. I do not want apologies, or freebies, or refund.... i just want you to do better, this was a joke.
I finally got Wendy's breakfast for the first time. It was really good. Better than I expected. The food was fresh. Not a fan of the white cheese on there, but everything else was good.

I ordered online, and it was so easy! I pulled up to the drive-thru, and all I had to say was I ordered online and gave my name. It was a reasonably large order, and they didn't forget anything. I didn't know you could pay with Google. That's so much easier than having to enter your credit card info. What I loved- Easy, and fast, and the food was ready when I got there. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I didn't plan on dining at the busiest time of the day, but they were fantastic! The line for the drive-thru reached out past the road. Lunch hour, and they were packed. It didn't matter, and they were fantastic! I went inside today, I thought it'd be too much inside, but it wasn't. Nice and cool, clean and comfortable, and the staff were amicable. Our food came out within minutes, hot and fresh. I will come back, even during lunch hour. I ordered a Strawberry Summer salad; wow! If I can find that house dressing for at home, I would without hesitation!
Employees were standing around talking for a while. Only 1 person was working. Kudos to him because he seemed irritated probably because he was the only one working. The young woman with long black hair and glasses literally had an attitude when she wasn't doing anything but talking.
Forgot half of our order and didn't realize it until we got home. Fries were cold, not fresh at all. Service and food has gone way downhill. DO BETTER!!
Food is good. Probably the best fast food chain imo. If the line looks long and sometimes it is, it usually moves quickly.
The best Wendy’s around! Never had an issue! Great burgers amazing Cobb salads! Great customer service!
