I placed an online order, it took them 35 minutes to make a $5 biggie bag. I waited at the speaker just to tell them I had already paid and ordered, then I wait again at the window, at this point I was considering canceling my order and going anywhere else. The food was wrong, the drink was wrong, and the amount of time it took made it unreasonable to call it fast food.
Very polite crew, the man on expo fixed me up good and told me about the ghost pepper cheese, made my sandwich so much better. Best Wendy's service Ive had.
Drive thru did not move at all for 7 minutes, no method to move front car out of line and keep it flowing. Just very slow for the other cars, 3-4 minutes, so much better than that one... I was 5th car, took 22 minutes. Line of 10+ when I left. Like no one was paying attention or, to use a term, “managing” the problem.
Slowest place I’ve ever been to. Service is slow, cooking is slow I don’t even think a fire would speed them up. But the food on the other hand is still Wendy’s food. It’s not fine dining or good food. Just wanted it to be a quick and easy thing to get. Funerals are faster than this location.
Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Waited in the drive through for a mobile order for 25 minutes and there was only 2 cars in line. Don’t go here
Something on about that sandwich tasting sweet wasn't my fav
Got breakfast from here this morning. Immediately sick after eating it. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t finish any item of my meal, the breakfast burrito. Reporting to SC DHEC. My iced caramel cold brew coffee was warm when it was.handed to me. When I told the DT window lady it was warm she just glared at me. It tasted sour/old like the urn hadn’t been washed or it was made wrong. Certainly not an iced COLD BREW coffee either way. Eggshells and burnt hard grill “bits” in every bite of my burrito. Breakfast potatoes were soggy, so greasy, and transparent. Like I could see through them. Just nasty! Then I had to run to the bathroom at my office every hour today getting sick after eating just a few bites of that trash. If that sounds like a fun “treat yourself” Friday, then hurry to Wendy’s on Sam Ritt. No wonder there’s never a line at breakfast. ????????
The person running the register was the only one who cared. Any time I’ve been here it’s been an awful experience and has made me late for my next job because of how ridiculously long they take to prepare one order. It seems they need to be trained better at this location and hire employees that don’t hate being there. 20+ minutes after I had ordered & paid, my one plain cheeseburger combo was handed to me in a grease covered bag that was just sitting behind the counter for a few minutes before even being mentioned that it was ready. I arrived late to my next job with a stomach ache. I won’t be back there.
