I went thee around 5:00 pm today i ordered a double cheeseburger combo had me park to wait for food when i got home it was a spicy chicken sandwich combo. I can’t eat spicy stuff i called the store but it kept taken me to the voicemail. I spend 13.00 dollars.
UPDATE:One week later I stop by and Jose the night manager, refund me my money.
The manager/supervisor seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, only 4 cars in line and he make us parked on the side. 10 min to wait for an order? The other employees seems sad and upset. I could tell very bad magnament...no coming back. I canceled my order.
Called them 4 times food was cold fries are rubber and chicken nuggets are hard can’t bite in them… DRY!
My order was not delivered right. I’ve got a medium fry and a tiny frosty. I ordered a number one no cheese with a medium frosty chocolate this is not my order. I need somebody to pick it up and bring me my order please thank you. Someone else got my $22 order and I got their three dollar order medium fry a tiny frosty
Change your store hours to what they really are ... and you aren't open for breakfast ... atleast not when I come through between 6 - 7.
I've been here almost 15 minutes for a Salad. Seriously, the food isn't high quality enough for this. Sad
The cashier in the drive thru was rude. Putting that aside. I purchased a 4 for 4 for my daughter, plain. She received a burger with mustard and these DISGUSTING chicken nuggets. What's wrong with y'all thinking this is ok to serve!!??
I ordered food for delivery and it was awful!! I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and it was just plain coffee with what tasted like sugar free caramel syrup and coffee mixed in... I ordered the chicken and bacon Croissant,it stated 3 whole slices of bacon and I got 1 1/2 pieces...it tasted ok but description was way off!!! I don't eat out very often and this is why!!! I cannot afford to pay for food that is nothing as it was described on menu.
Service was excellent, but the Egg and Cheese biscuits were older than the heat lamp they were being kept warm under.
Biscuits and eggs were as hard as a rock!
