horrible store. ordered baconator fries and they gave me regular fries. ordered them a second time and they gave me fries with bacon without the cheese sauce. i understand if youre out of the item but at least communicate with the customer instead of having me waste my money TWICE. called and no answer.
I really don’t eat at Wendy’s but my kid had seen a commercial for the new Saucy nuggets so we went and to tell the truth they were dry and not so good. The Bacon burger was okay, the bacon was super thin and fatty.
The place was clean and the service was great.
I bought the avocado salad for $8 and got a free large drink by using their mobile app and using an offer on there. It was good. I think it should be more like $6 though.
I went again today and ordered the Cobb salad for $7.99. Not bad. I miss the avocado salad though.
Food was good, but the AC is BROKEN! That or the management wants to kill their staff! It was 107 outside and without a doubt 107 inside too! Fix your AC or turn it down. People literally having heat strokes inside. Sucked 10/10 sucked hit the drive through if you go to this one.
Ordered a 10 pc. bbq saucy nuggets with two biggie bag meals, got a regular 10 pc with a bbq sauce packet instead. Had to go inside and they seemed a little annoyed, confused, then finally got the receipt saying we didn't order Saucy Nuggets. Had us give back the regular 10 pc plus pay extra $2 or so for the Saucy Nuggets. Got in the car, and the nuggets were NOT like how I just had them the other day. They were barely covered in sauce, like it honestly seemed they just dumped a sauce pack in there and shaked it. Last time I had these each nugget was covered in sauce and more crunchy, warm, and made with care. Not to mention the burgers were tasting lacking, one was falling out of the wrapping almost completely. Like bruh inleast let us keep the other nuggets or idk actually make the Saucy Nuggets right that we still had to pay extra for. I coulda just dumped the og nuggies in sauce and it woulda been better this time around honestly. Not a good impression for this location.
My order never came up after waiting and watching for 10min. The manager touched her face/hair a number of times, handled money, and continued to make multiple order with no gloves. She tried to argue with me she washed he hands which was a bold lie.

For some reason the late night orders haven't been very good lately
I was given cold chili that had a lot of ketchup poured on top. You could’ve at least heated it up. Straight in the ???? trash it went and wasted money didn’t have anything to eat for
work.
