I took my daughter out to eat. I expected to be served fresh food. I ordered the chicken wrap and the chicken was very very old and dry. You could literally break a tooth. Let me ask you this, would you feed your family that? I thought so. Next time make fresh food. Please!

Lovely restaurant here at Wendy's in Las Vegas, New Mexico. I'm so pleased with the young lady who helped us check out our order. Unfortunately, in the price is $44 which you don't think is the fault of wind is but rather the inflation we are all dealing with right now.
While traveling from Colorado to Texas with a large group, we had to stop for the younger ones to get a break. I picked Wendy's this time. The food was decent, but they just can't keep up here with 10+ people. Slow service with a group, to the point it can't be called fast food anymore.
Horrible service. Restaurant was very small & hot. No working AC? No self service drink station. Bathrooms closed due to “city wide water shortage,” though nearby fast food restaurants’ were open. We were missing parts of our order, then given our order on the counter & had to bag our to go order ourselves. We left the restaurant to eat elsewhere, but somehow got out without 4 burgers. Upon our return, the workers seemed annoyed, and then told us we’d have to wait. (What else are we going to do?). Just a frustrating visit overall, for the second year in a row. We’ll skip this stop next vacation.
Went through drive thru on Dec1,2024 , usually go after I get out of work to get food for my kids. The young girl by the name of Cecila is the rudest little girl. While I am trying to place the order, she's always in a rush. One incident she didn't shut the mic off and while trying to order and at the speaker she says "ugh oh my God". She is the rudest little girl.
When for lunch and order my food. Got the order wrong 2 times. After starting to eat I notice the bread was old and hard. Then I notion that there was fly all over the place. When to the bathroom and it wasn't clean and had hundred of flys. The grils working there were all in there teens. They were busy standing around talking about school instead of taken order and cleaning the place. Even the trash cans were full. This has to be the worst Wendys in the world.
If you want to eat here don’t expect to get the food you ordered because it is never right, takes 20-30 minutes to come out even in the drive through where there will two lines, those that ordered and paid already waiting for another 10-15 minutes until their food actually comes out, and those in the drive through. The incompetence of the workers here is just exhausting. Worst thing is I normally check my orders but today was tired and had already spent 45 min waiting so didn’t even think about it until I get home and half my order is wrong. I would say please do better but with the raw chicken at Arby’s and the service here I’m not sure there are any fast food places in this town worth coming in for unless it’s an absolute must.
