If I could give no stars, I would. Employees had us waiting to order for about ten minutes while they walked around ignoring us. And no they were not busy. They were rude. Waited for food for quite some time and mine was given to us. I almost finished mine by the time my husbands was given to him. My burger was cold and fries tasted bad. Maybe old oil? Was not given a receipt so we had to go back up to the counter and wait again for someone to help us and get it. I definitely do not recommend going to this location!
I ordered 2 large chili's and instead of them telling me that they didn't have enough, they watered it down. No flavor, no beans and very little meat.
For a fast food place, this was one of the best I've been in in a while. It was clean and the food was great. Best of all though, the people were so nice and friendly.
We were traveling from a funeral on a long trip home and everyone wanted Wendy's regardless because our father, whom we just buried, loved Wendy's and the frosty's. We were so happy when we saw the place was either new or newly renovated at our 1st impression. Then after that, we all agreed that it was the cleanest Wendy's anyone in our group had ever visited, the staff was friendly and amazing, clean bathrooms, and the food was hot, fresh and fast. Amazing experience and tell the Huntsville, AL Wendy's locations to learn from them and step up their game. Maybe you can send their trainer or regional guy to Huntsville for a week to help them. Thanks!
Could only use the drive-thru as doors were locked.
The food we received was average, was missing a whole meal deal from our $52 order.
Was not lining up in the massive length drive-thru line up to get the meal while all the other food got colder than it already was.
Not really sure about this. Sometimes ya have to make sure your not being pranked on. Just too much negative here. Cold food, cold, old and little pieces of fries. No ketchup in the dispenser. Carbonation in the drink machine was apparently going out. Trash left on several tables. Employees behind the counter just carrying on like I'm not even there. And if my wife hadn't waited till I was half thru with my food about the lady in the bathroom jumping up and running out without washing her hands I'd never even ate this meal. I've ne er been somewhere like this I just don't know where to go with this. Sometimes you live you learn huh. Well learn from this, you're better off waiting in line next door at zaxbys to finish construction than eat here.

Tried to grab a quick bite to eat at Wendy's on Pemberton yesterday but the outside door was locked. As I was turning to leave, two patrons were walking out so I walked in. Was met very rudely by several employees telling me the lobby was closed. The way they spoke is not the way you speak to a potential customer. I didn't have time to wait in the long drive thru line so I left and got my quick bite elsewhere. I do not recommend going here after the "lunch rush" unless you plan to wait in line at the drive thru. Sad that customer service is a thing of the past at this location.
All of the food was absolutely delicious and every mod on our food was correct.
The staff was nothing short of perfectly polite and the every piece of floor and wall was immaculate. It is a true shame that this place is not packed on a Saturday afternoon. The next time I pass through here this will be my only acceptable food stop.
