Our sandwiches were good. We tried the saucy nuggs and they were really good. Our fries were another story. 3 meals but only two semi-warm orders of fries. We were already almost home before we realized. Check your orders before you leave!
Get your food before 6pm, it's a joke after that. Like 20 minute wait for a cheeseburger bad.
Good food. One sandwich was a little cold, but edible and still tastes good. It is getting a little pricey, but so is fast food everywhere. Overall great experience and definitely would recommend!
I work in the oil and gas. I travel all over West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia, Texas, and out of every Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at this is by far the worst food never made correctly. Staff is very slow they do not listen to what your order is, and use the excuse their headsets are crappy never asked to confirm, just crappy headsets pathetic and they want 15 bucks an hour. I wouldn’t pay them five.
Worked 2 weeks in the area from out of state. Ate here several times. Food tasted average, but first complaint is I asked for 3 daves doubles add bacon. Charged for bacon, but none on sandwiches. Last visit, got just a simple double burger combo, nothing special about order...hands me the sandwich and drink and asked me to pull up because fries weren't ready. Person after me pulled up and person after that. 10 minutes later a lady walks out and Skipped me and walked to other car to give them their incomplete order. Are you telling me yall ran out of damn French fries?? I had to drive off without my fries as I didn't want to be late for work. Very very poor service at this place. Good riddens. I go back home today.
Customer service is so bad in New Martinsville. Food isn't filled in container and it's not always hot but it's cheap
Could you please fill the chili container all the way up? This has been happening alot lately.
I've ate here on several occasions and the food I mediocre at best and service is about the same and if they go to the surge pricing I will just go and get a burger made with fresh burger cheaper and actually taste a bit better
