Waste of time and money I got 2 biggie bags cold fries and nuggets the burgers 7/10.I went back and let them know my food was cold.. They was like no problem pull up I’ll give u some more. Why she recooked my fries and nuggets ????????♀️

Omg I will never waste my time or money.Keep on going don’t stop ???? this place should be closed .1and 2 are of the same sandwich and 3 is the replacement. I couldn’t even eat the replacement. This review is based on their breakfast because I rarely go in the afternoon. That morning crew is EXTRAORDINARY. They are extremely efficient. I usually only order breakfast potatoes and an ice water. Whenever a car is in front of me, without prompting, they bring my order back to the pay window so I can be on my way. They are super friendly, and I highly recommend this location.
I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. I had to drive to the window and knock because they pretended to be closed. Par for the course at this location. Everyone there should be fired
I ordered thru the app, and when I got there they told me they were out of basically everything I ordered. They had no Pretzel Buns, no baked potatoes (I ordered 2) and their Coke Zero tasted horrible. When I told them just give me a 10 piece chicken nugget and large fry instead of the baked potatoes, they kindly asked what sauce. I asked for ranch, they were out. I asked for BBQ, they were out.
Does this Wendy’s stock ANYTHING?!
Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the trouble.
If I could give 0 stars I would. SUPER SLOW drive through. Not a safe area to come to. Waited in line for over an hour for my doordash order. Don’t bother coming here. You’re better off going to a different Wendy’s.
Wendy's is Wendy's. You have your expectations, and they are usually met every time.
But on this occasion, when I ordered a medium Chocolate Frosty, I was given a Strawberry Frosty with no explanation for the switch. That disappointed me because I love the Chocolate One. We ordered through the drive thru, and I didn't notice that the Frosty I had in my hand wasn't the one that I ordered. My receipt showed I ordered the Chocolate Frosty, but I was already across town and not planning at being back in that area in the near future..
So, I was able to see and sample what the strawberry frosty tasted like since I never had one before. I'm going to stick to my favorite flavor. Chocolate.
