Manager came over and immediately had a nasty attitude. When I got my food, none of the fry boxes or chicken nugget boxes were put together and everything was a nasty mess at the bottom of the bag. Never coming here again, I would happily drive an extra 10 minutes elsewhere for good service. It was the short hair african american
Can't write a review. I walked in was seen by all the employees as I stood by the register and NOT A SINGLE 1 came to take my order or even say "I'll be right with you" and as I waited another man walked in the door walked up to the register and they waited on him immediately. WENDYS needs to revamp their staff and either pay them what they are worth (like back in the 80's at $3.75 an hour) until they can earn what they think they are actually worth. I would not recommend this store to anyone
It should be zero star. Took forever in line in drive-thru to get our order since two crews on break same time. And then took forever to get our food. Food is cold already. No ketchup or ranch. No spoon for frosty! Soooo upsetting. Probably 30 minutes or more waiting !
Ordered frosty's and the spoons they gave us straight up were infused with the smell of weed.
We forgot to order a couple of JBC when making our order. Prior to the lady at the window swiping the card, we asked if we could add the burgers. She said we would have to pull back around and go through the drive through again. We did so, and when we got to the speaker, we were told they could not take our order as they were only taking door dash and mobile orders. We left without getting the food with what would have been a simple fix
as i'm writing this i'm still waiting for 1 of the 10 people who have looked at me to take my order!!
so finally got one of them to take my order and they left in the middle me of ordering to help someone else, now i'm waiting once again.
i don't leave reviews often but this is awful.
I went to get to get some food. And I know I seen this black male employee spill water on the female employee twice(she looked like a manager). That's very in appropriate.. very unprofessional.. that tells me what type of worker he is, I don't recommend going there at all.
Love the food and the crew but when I sent one of my employees over to get us some breakfast, the lobby was locked at 730 but online and on all there posted hours it says that it's open at 630. Only complaining because the employee stepped out and was extremely rude to him for no reason and told him to come back later.
