The worst experience of my life in a fast food restaurant, I ordered two chicken burgers at the drive-thru. When I took the first bite of the burger, I felt something very strange and different because at that same moment I took it out of my mouth and reviewed the burger, which The chicken was completely uncooked, it was the worst thing that could happen to it, I will never return to this place. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Solid Wendy’s location. I went there yesterday and it was busy. Took a while to complete my order. But their customer service is good.
It is on the larger side. Lots of seating options and clean store overall.
I like their spicy nuggets and cold brew. Fries were good too.
Food was not exactly as I usually expected considering prior visit, can't blame on the cook rather the quality this time. Fries were salty even thought I asked for no salt. I am very dissatisfied with food and ended up being sick after I got home. I will not order there for awhile since certain meat were recall not too long ago. It's about time for me to think to become a vegetarian for good. Nice customer service as always!!
Ordered a Baconator and was charged for that combo. Received a single patty. Cutting corners for the same price of real restaurants. Straight up fraud.
Least favorite Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Usually this is my go to fast food chain but this particular location consistently gets my orders incorrect and hassles me when I request extra salt on my fries. I always ask for no mayo on my sandwiches and consistently find them drenched in mayonnaise. I don’t know if this problem is exclusive to the drive thru, which is what I usually use or if it’s just me. I’ve ordered sandwiches online here before that have come correctly but every time I order in person it’s incorrect, and they don’t give me a receipt so I can at least return the food or debate the meal preparation.
I ordered online over the weekend to enjoy a nice dinner with my wife, hoping to have a great time with some fast foods. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, two six-piece McNuggets, fries, and two large cokes.
When the food first arrived, there was only one burger, and it was completely different from what I had ordered—it had obviously been swapped with someone else’s order. There was nothing I could do but request a refund. I did receive the refund, but by then it was close to 7 p.m., so I decided to reorder the same menu.
When the second order arrived, it was a disaster. The items delivered were the same as what I had originally ordered at 4 p.m., meaning they must have just sent my previous, incorrect order that had been left at the store.
Naturally, everything was ice-cold and barely edible. I requested another refund, which I did receive, but my dinner was completely ruined. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Put in a breakfast order on the app. Both the app and Google say this location opens at 630.
I'm here at 646 and the restaurant is empty. Can't get my order if no one is here to make it. Luckily the app makes it easy to cancel your order.
Edited: today October 15th at 8:13 am it happened again.
Today lights are on but doors are locked and no one answered at the drive thru.
I am usually the biggest fan of Wendy's. It is my preferred go-to place for fast food. On this particular occasion I tried it out for the breakfast menu. They had a special two sausage muffins for $3. No doubt to compete with McDonald's Two sausage McMuffins for $3 which they have had in the past. Service was excellent. There was no line when I arrived at 805 a.m.. but I was not overly impressed with the sandwich. It had the very slimmest Sausage Patty I had ever seen in there with a slice of cheese possibly the thinnest slice of cheese ever created on a very doughy muffin. As much as I like Wendy's I'm going to pass on breakfast in the future. I did not rate the atmosphere as I did not go inside I utilized the drive-thru.
