If you are able to order your food and eat on location, everything is at satisfactory levels. After multiple "missing items" on food being delivered for my orders and several of my staff's orders, I feel their employees need retraining on packing procedures for deliveries. This messes up feeding those shift workers who are unable to come get it themselves.
The food was really good here. The counter help was very polite and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and in good order. I'd never had lime ginger ale before, but it was very good. About the only low point was a shortage of sugar cookies. Better luck next time I guess.
I came to pick up some breakfast, the drive thru is super empty. The manager at the window basically refused to give me my food unless I pulled over to the side for no reason. Guess their wait times are more important. Never again going there for breakfast.
Wth? This is a Cobb salad? You forgot the chicken, bacon and literally half of the products. Wish I saw before I drove 15 minutes home. A waste of my money. ???? Kids who don’t know what they are doing, are running the place. Get adults to manage it and maybe it would improve the service.
I put 3 stars for atmosphere because it can rather go really good or really awkward. But foods good just i always try to stay away from there because how fattening it is. I Do miss eating Wendys triple baconators but I'm on a diet now.
Got a Caesar Chicken Salad with brown lettuce and 3 pieces of chicken, cold thin cheeseburgers and burned French Fries. What a terrible experience. I stop at this Wendy's often and it has never been like this. Must be a new manager that doesn't care.
Stay away. Witnessed employee who was on burger prep constantly eating French fries while making food directly from fryer. Managers were present and could not care less.
Awful experience. Drive through took about 20 minutes. They didn’t have my order registered when I got to the window. And the single medium fry I ordered was barely half full. Find another Wendy’s… this one is a joke.
