Should've chosen another place for lunch. SMH.
I had a terrible experience tonight at Wendy’s. I have never been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant. The manager was very rude. They messed up the order and was not nice about it when I asked. I will not be going back to this Wendy’s.
The food was great and the staff was very nice and helpful and respectful which is very nice to see nowadays. Not many places still have staff with such a positive attitude. Way to go!! ????????
Horrible service. Entire crew standing right there at the counter 1 male employee just stares at the customer, no introduction no asking what is needed then walked away. He Came back stood at the register and just nodded. Very horrible service. Then he proceeded to rap at the counter after order was placed. Do better!
They literally got the whole order wrong and charged every item individually instead of as combos. I pointed this out when I got the receipt. Then they had the whole store come to the cash register to try and figure it out. After about twenty minutes an old man came to the window and after speaking with him I said “I just want the correct items and I don’t care about the difference”. So he wrote down everything I wanted on a bag. Before the employee handed me my food another employee pointed out that one of the iced coffee’s was not lager and was told to just give it to me and shut the window. At this point I had been there for about a half an hour so I just took what they gave me and left. When I got home the whole order was wrong.
They got my order wrong in the past, but this time, they got every sandwich wrong. They also have horrible service. The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't do zero. I recommend a change in management and the employees.
The five for 5. Jr baconBurger/ Fries/ Nuggets/ Soda/ Dipping Sauce. Beats Old Ronnie McDonnie. Any time. You got u' one Coach. Congratulations ????????
