First one chicken sandwich was fresh the other had been sitting for a while.
Fries were Luke warm and soggy
Second we asked for our free frosty w purchase of key chain, didn't get it(ok we forgot to ask for what we ordered)
No ketchup in the bag after I asked.
Big kicker....I send my Bf back and they stated the free frosty deal doesn't start until January! Never once said when we ordered it through the drive thru!
I went to Wendy's for dinner, I was excited about it. However, none of the food was worth it the salad I got had no meat, only a lot of lettuce with little tomato and cheese. Off two of the meals I got there were no fries, the tea was so nasty. The nuggets and fries were cold and hard not enjoyable at all. The overall service was poor quality and honestly kinda sad. Sadly, such a good fast food place has fallen so far from the delicious food it once was.

Young man in a blue shirt was very helpful and fast with my order, even though it seemed as though he was running the store by himself We had dinner in the lobby. The only thing I can say is the lobby needs some updates Other than that, we will definitely be going back good job to the young man and Wendy’s
Terrible service! The young lady that took my order has no customer service skills whatsoever. The counter was dirty and sticky. So was the table I was going to sit at. Was given the wrong order after having to wait for a while. The lobby was virtually empty, so they were not very busy. I requested a refund and was given the wrong amount, apparently because I got a drink that I no longer wanted either. The manager or franchise owner seemed confused as to how to give the proper refund amount. And refused to give me the proper amount. This was more about the attitude toward the customer than the refund requested. The poor attitude of the manager or franchise owner explains the poor attitude of the staff. Clearly a very poorly ran establishment.
Rarely is food presented to look as good as its advertisement. Great job today, this is an older SPACIOUS Wendy’s, but it’s been updated inside. The manager took my order and the food was ready quickly z
We were literally the only people inside the restaurant and we were waiting for more than 10 minutes to be helped. We were told three times "we'll be right with you" while they continued to help only drive through customers. After 10 min of waiting we just left and went across the street to McDonald's.
The service is faster than the McDonald's across the street. The nuggets and burgers are delicious. I love their apple pecan salad. My kids always get full eating here.
If I could I'd give it a zero for everything. This place is seriously trash. I try to give it benefit of the doubt, seriously worst mistake. First I go to the drive through I ordered 3 small meals , while ordering I kept getting interrupted by the person taking the order, every time id say something she would say anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? She literally kept interrupting me an wouldn't even let me finish talking. While waiting for my food I see a kid in the back carrying my chicken breast with his bare hands no gloves NOTHING BUT FINGERS which I find extremely gross . They had me wait about 5 minutes then I end up getting my food an looking inside everything was cold and my daughters meal was completely wrong. I go back inside tell them I want my money back, the Manager started giving me attitude going through all the bags making sure I didn't take anything. Then she charges my card another 35$ instead of refunding me the money. This is the LAST TIME I WILL GO THERE I HOPE THIS WENDYS GETS SHUT DOWN
