Fast service. Nice and friendly staff. I said "to go," but the employee forgot. She apologized and bagged up my order. No issues at all with service.
I ordered a large value meal. The fries were crispy and hot. I tried their new agua fresca and it was really sweet. Too sweet, but had a good flavor. Their Big Cheddar Burger was interesting. It had a sweet and salty type of flavor. Not bad. I wouldn't order it again, though.
I would eat here again.
My husband's combo was large size- and the fries weren't even half full.
On top of that- i don't know if the fries were old and they refried them- or just fried them too long- but both of our orders were super crunchy and hurt to chew. My toddler couldn't even eat hers. Kinda sucked.
Three times in three weeks areive early to get a crabby patty meal for my son and not once have they yad the advertised pineapple frosty. I could see once but at 11:00am is ridiculous. Management at this place must be horrible.
More than once I have picked up a drive thru order gotten all the way home to find part of it missing. I was missing the pretel bacon burger tonight. When I got there I told the guy at the counter and the older guy working the grill looked at me and rolled his eyes. I told him," Yeah, I drove 15 minutes home and then turned around and drove 15 minutes back because I had the burger in the bag." No apologies, no offer to make fresh fries to go with my meal either. They are always out of something. Tonight, it was Dr Pepper. Want one of the specialty frosties they offer, forget it, they never have them. Not sure I will be back after tonight. Have given too many chances and made too many 15 minute drives back to the store to pick up what was left out of my order.
The chili was great.. The best I've had at any Wendy's, considering that I get one at each visit.
Burger King would be better than this. Burger seemed old, not to mention we are missing fries and our Burger extras? So basically, they heard half the order, but still charged the whole thing. This was the only place left in decatur that dosnt screw up orders constantly. Management needs to do their job and audit their employees.
The baconator is so good! I had a coupon for a jr. frosty. I love that size. I didn't realize that was a thing. ❤️
Mgr rude. Issue with self serve soda. Was putting flavor in every drink. Another mgr told daughter to go to counter and get lemonade. The mgr behind counter told daughter she needed to pay for lemonade and we just bought food and drinks. Why pay for a drink twice and only get one drink?
