Great service and fast service. The food was fresh and delicious. The only issue was that two of my kids asked for plain burgers and had to have them remade because they were not as ordered.
Went through here after Helene and despite how busy they were and being out of a number of things on the menu. They were so kind and quick! I could not give them enough props for this. The woman who took my order was an absolute sweetheart and deserves all the praise!
I went for breakfast. The staff was absolutely nice! They took my order and the food was ready in a short time. I did not like the fries because they were greasy. The place has a funny smell.
Service at register took FOREVER!!! Ordered 2 drinks and 2 large fries. Waited over 15 minutes for those fries and finally had to ask! Floor and tables sticky! Ick! Do better!
Went here today (drive thru) and got a burger. The guy taking my order said, "What?! Wow! Somebody's hungry". Really hope this guy doesn't say that to people with an eating disorder.
Took long to order, Approx 15 minutes in the drive-thru and when we got to the window to pay about 10 minutes to get food but everything was perfect on our order.
Got home to realize our hamburgers were the absolute worst we have ever ordered from wendy's. Baconador was lacking the second patty and bacon. The #1 double was horrible. Cold fries, soft and gross. Very disappointed in this establishment. Got 4 meals large and a $6 biggy bag. Not okay.
I mean, it's Wendy's. The food should be the same everywhere. Generally I've had no issues with the food quality. The store is always very slow though. Not sure if they are understaffed. You can be stuck in line when there is no line for quite a while. Don't expect Chick-fil-A level staff greeting either. But hey, it's a drive thru, not a 5 star restaurant.
