I go here mainly for the very large selection of fountain drinks. They have 10 zero sugar drinks that I can't find anywhere else. I do like the Dave's single with cheese and the chicken nuggets and have always found them fresh and tasty. I will also say I have never had bad service here in the last 3 years of going here.
The chicken Asiago used to be my favorite.. but now the prices are higher and quality has gone down. Use to be a nice chicken patty now its a flat piece of junk. The fries were also soggy. We used to go here all the time. Now I'm going back to KFC for my chicken sandwich..sorry. Used to be good here. Well tried again yesterday...we will never go back...waste of money..1st 2 pictures are 8 months ago..next 2 were yesterday..no changes..couldn't even tell us which soda was rootbeer..he said..I have no idea..
I treated myself and my friend to a quick lunch through the drive through. The staff was awesome and efficient in their roles, as well as friendly. The food was prepared and handed over with speed and precision. This experience was, overall, the best I've had in a long time. Thank you, Wendy's!
Upset with this location, seems to,100% , always mess up my order or forget items all together. I know how it gets sometimes because I worked there a million years ago but customer service has went down so much. Just hate spending so much $$ on a meal and not get the whole meal.
Food Always is fresh! Customer service is good, only one complaint.... a tip would be to make sure that all the food is in the bag before handing it out . Today half our order wasn't in the bag and had to walk inside.
It's hard for me to give fast food places 5 stars, but with a car of 6 people, the person working the drive thru Sunday night was patient, polite, and helpful. Their service is why I am giving 5 stars.
Much better hamburger than the one I had at McDonald's a week ago.
Very poor service found hair in our food never gave us a receipt came back to tell them just they just remade. never asked us what we wanted and never gave us a receipt again. and no refund
