This a locally owned and operated Wendy’s. This was a grand reopening and they remodeled the entire restaurant. It was great! I had Wendy’s breakfast for the first time ever. I loved it! It’s probably one of my favorites now. Keep up the great work!
When we arrived, no other people were ordering. We saw 6+ employees walking around. Garry ask one of the employees were we bothering them. The lady said no, I have to take your order at the drive through register. She was friendly after this.
We placed our order, ate and left.
The main problem was that it appeared that not many employees care if someone comes in to order or not.
The food was good!
Zero stars if I could. I placed an online order at 9:45pm when the website said they were open until midnight. I showed at at 10:02pm and they said they were closed. Then lady then said I sucked and laughed at me. Worst service ever.
When I spend money, I expect to get what I pay for. This is what they gave me today... Burned nuggets! Then I was supposed to get 10, they only have me 9. I asked for my receipt, the machine is broken! Now I'm beginning to think the machine will always be broken because the service is always so terrible that the reviews from the surveys are bad. Every visit which is often I have to ask for my receipt. Look at these burned nuggets. My camera actually makes them look better ???????? I'm too hungry for this man, no sour cream, no plastic utensils or napkins???? another thing... Why have promotions if they have a problem with scanning your phone? ????????♀️
First time me visiting this place. It' was a very cold environment. What I notice was the staff had CERTAIN PPL they spoke to and noticed their awareness. They DID NOT SPEAK TO ME when I enter but every white person they greeted them with kindness.
Me visiting from out of town made me and my mom feel very unwanted. I will not choose this WENDY'S. Again. You have to be white to be included. Very disappointed . Please let them know ALL money spends the same .. the guy that was up front was very nice though.
Normally, stop at this Wendy's for breakfast and normally satisfied. The breakfast was warm and not hot as usual. The cashier wasn't friendly but gave a lot of unwanted condiments
Staff was super friendly and chill. Food was hot and fresh. Would recommend!
Stopped by after work to grab food. Received piss poor service. No one smiled at me or had any type of professionalism. I thought stopping at that location I would receive better service. SMH sadly not!
They all sat at the window looking at me. Got mad cause I asked for addtl crackers. When they only gave me 1 pack, WTH?
