Friendly service, and good tasty breakfast sandwich. However, I presented a coupon for buying one and getting the other free, bogo! I ordered a sasage,egg biscuit, and was charged for a sausage biscuit, @ $1.99, and
the egg on the biscuit was separately charged to my
ordered x2 @ .79 each. What?
And my receipt says I dined in, I drove through. And $ 2.79 for a medium drink! what?
Worst experience ever! We waited almost 3 minutes before we saw anyone behind the counter. We had a coupon for 2 small chicken sandwich combos for $12. He charged us $14.12 and could not explain why it as $14.12 . His hair was hanging down in his eyes so I’m not sure he could read the register. We were dining in and our food was put in bags. The soda machine drain was full of soda just churning in the bottom. There were ketchup pumps full in the lobby but no cups for it. Our sandwiches were supposed to have Mayo on the side and came with mayonnaise. It had one tiny pc of lettuce and a tiny tomato. He did not bring me the correct sandwich, I had to go back up front to get it. Most of the tables were filthy. They were not busy. As we were eating I observed the same guy running the register making sandwiches several times without washing his hands. Neither of the guys working had hair nets or food service gloves on. One of the employees daughters was in the lobby asking Mom to cook her fries and being very loud and boisterous. I observed the staff giving them food without ringing it up & them paying for it. Worst Wendy’s in NC!

This is why I don't eat at #Wendys "Sorry we don't have your order and there is nothing we can do about it." Will never try again. This is the second time at the same location. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. #wendyssucks
It gets worse. Five cars, all friends, go through the same drive-thru. Not one good experience. Everyone had problems. Those who did successfully obtain food, got cold nasty food. The employees, including the manager were unprofessional, cussing, clearly not interested in operating a restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had in a long time.
As we stand in the parking lot consuming to foods that people did get, we are watching the employees run in and out of the locked dining room to smoke weed in their parked car. #wendys do better.
I have never had such slow service at a fast food restaurant every time I go. Whether I go inside to order or the drive thru be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes before being helped. I waited 5 mins in drive thru before going inside and waiting 10 mins. Today I only saw 3 people working this entire store. I ended up giving up waiting inside and just left.
These people gave away my order after making me wait 30 minutes for my food. Didn't even say sorry or nothing. I would sell my soul rather then ever grace the Halls of this wendys. This is the most closing wendys to my house and I will gladly drive an additional 15 minutes to avoid this train wreck.
The service was quite terrible, they didn't answer at the drive through and I was the only one there. My burger was cold and my fries were soggy. The place was a little dirty outside but ok. My frosty was good however. Kinda surprised that the machine was ''working."
Absolutely HORRIBLE management! Drink machine out! Waited to order for 10 minutes. Waited on food after ordering for another 10. I asked for a refill at the counter and the manager had a very rude tone. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!! We were annoyed by the sub par zero care attitude
Ordered in app. When we got to the drive through we waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Told them we had an app order and they told us to pull past the window to wait for our food. Confused by that I stopped at the window and they told us they didn't have the 2 frosties we ordered because the machine was broken. I asked if they could refund them and they just said no and closed the window. I pulled up and after waiting another 5 minutes they brought out our food. There was no replacement for the frosties and all the food was cold.
