Sat at the drive through at 6:10 in the morning for 15 minutes an employee looked at me when going back in from picking up trash in the parking lot but refused to take my order. There’s three cars in the parking lot but looks like all the employees are hiding in the back refusing to do their job! Update the lady at the register was kind.
The food quality here is fresh every time I come, even today with the small problem I had. I had to keep repeating myself to the person on the speaker who clearly was distracted by his co workers speaking to him. I only wanted my burger replaced with lettuce, I did not know how complicated this would be considering this fast food chain does this often.. a woman had to come on the mic to continue to take my order. After clarifying what I wanted she assured me it was correct. I get back to work and open the box with my burger and see I was only given one piece of lettuce and the nastiest piece they probably had on hand. Also was missing my sauces and had to go back in for them. I would recommend this location only if your order is straight off the menu board and no accommodations are needed
Left house with biscuits and gravy in mind. Drove 8 minutes. Sat at drive through for 10 minutes, 45 minutes after posted opening hours. Apparently the store wasn't open. I'd happily pay more just to ensure someone was there to actually service me. How much is your customers time worth?
Fast food is too overpriced these days for fast food workers to continue to provide POOR SERVICE. not only was my order incorrect, but my food looked old and thrown together. I had to waste my gas driving back to restaurant for a refund-only to be met with rude remarks from the short Caucasian girl that works in the drive thru. It’s like they expect you to accept whatever they decide to throw together. Ridiculous!!!!
Not one to leave bad reviews but...Everytime I've come to this establishment multiple times since moving to TN. Hoping it was just an "off" night...Well...3x strikes you're out. This location has been horrificly bad one way or another...The last visit was when my family had gotten extremely sick throwing up from food poisoning after eating at this location...but from previous experience...the Customer service is either extremely slow, just plain rude, or not at all (fully ignored) and the food is either old, cold, or makes you volatility sick from food poisoning..DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you do not want to experience any of the above..skip the trip... Not worth it!! They need to close this location down. They have plenty of other far better Wendy's locations to go to that are significantly better experience all around..Will NOT be returning!
Waited at the drive thru line's order screen for 15 at 8:20 only to finally be told they don't take drive thru orders?? What??? Why have one then??? Oh well. It's Antioch. There are a lot of other places that don't just ignore customers.
This is beyond ridiculous. The pictures speak for themselves. So you have a bacon,egg,cheese biscuit with brunt bacon and a baconator sandwich with no bacon (the baconator belongs to another customer). The staff acted like it was no big deal. It took the manger 10 minutes to come out of the office and he did not apologize or try to make it right. I don't have time for this. (Manager did give me a refund ) This is just disgusting. Are you kidding me? The food the staff the whole experience was disgusting. I'm done with this Wendy's.
If the sun is down, (which is early in the winter), the drive thru WILL just completely ignore you. Don't bother. McDonald's, Taco Bell, and Whataburger are all better and closer.
