This location that I have been to several times and one in Tucson have the worst fountain drinks. It doesn't matter what flavor you try they all taste like barely flavored soda water. They are doing it to cut costs. I don't know why Coca Cola let's them serve inferior drinks.
I walked over from Discount tire, since my car needed a flat repair. I have had Wendy's breakfast a few times in the past 6 months and it has always been good. But, this time;
The cashier who took my order blew me away. She was probably a manager and she was having a tough day from Sunday time at the lake (Sun burn). Not only did she impressed me, but she was pleasant. She was very kind and was very friendly.
I will definitely be returning to Wendy's breakfast more often now.
I am hard to please. She was a pleasure.
No way people say the staff is nice. I was waiting for the din in to open and they didn't open the door for like 10 mins after and I called and asked what time the dine in I open and the guy hung up in my face. The lady that came to open the door 5 minutes later ended up just unlocked it and walking away no welcome in she didn't open it or anything. When I walked up to the counter she just walked away like she didn't want to take my order and I was like okay. Like I understand if you don't open the door on the dot but to be 15 minutes late and then have an attitude about it like you don't wanna do your job is different. I don't understand how places like this stay in business.
I'm so sick of spending money on food at restaurants just to receive old cold food. Im starting to see if restaurants are not busy, they premake food to sick under a lamp until someone orders it. Im not fully against this but there has to be a time limit for it to sit there. My burger was old and dry. You can tell it had some shelf life to it. Very disappointed.
November 6th. 1:15 P.M. I grab my lunch and I'm barely eating and I find a hair in my food. I told the staff why they don't wear gloves and they say that the company doesn't require them to wear gloves. The truth is that it's a lack of hygiene that they don't wear gloves or a net on their head. I won't come to this place again.
Customer service is not good, employees are not very welcoming. My order was messed up. Food and trash all over the place, hard to find a clean place to sit. The soda machine looked dirty and sticky. I will NOT return to this place ever again!
Normally don't have an issue with my order but today we received a burger that was smashed together. It looked disgusting and along with the buns, the fries were super soggy too. We understand it is the holiday but if you're going to give people food like that, please don't even show up. OG date reviewed 1/31/2020. It didn't upload the photos
Get there around 11:45pm. They close at MIDNIGHT. Was told at the drive thru we are closed. I get it no one likes a last minute person, but you are open till 12 means you serve till 12:00, am I wrong? NO
