They didn’t give me the burger I ordered and instead gave me a 3 piece nugget which I don’t think exists on the menu and not an equivalent value at all. I should have checked the bag before I got home but unfortunately I put faith that they would have given me the right thing since it was a simple order but I was pretty disappointed because of how hungry I was.
I also ordered the saucy garlic parm nuggets and they weren’t exactly what I would call saucy since they were dry on the top halves, but I personally would not recommend that flavor since it just tasted like extra oily nuggets, also not spicy at all if you are hoping for heat.
Dropped in to the drive thru to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road.
The cashier was really friendly and engaging. Really nice and delightful. We ordered a combo meal and an additional large Sweet Tea. Food was correct, hot and fresh. Given some of the experiences I have had lately at fast food drive thru's, this has been a challenge! Estatic to see that hey nailed it!

I just want to say that today after the storm everyone was a little crazy! We have a big family so our order was for 5 people. But let me tell you Mr.paul at your restaurant was the only one working, taking orders making them and taking the money, did a wonderful job! He was very polite, and was just a down right amazing person to deal with this morning and I think he deserves to get some appreciation and love for that! Thank you Mr.Paul your awesome!
Thank you MRS JESSICA for the lovely voice over the speaker. There was a very long line and she stayed calm and took everyone’s order with ease. The thanked us and told us to have a nice day. Which should be a mandatory statement whenever a customer is leaving your establishment.
The food was good. The chicken sandwiches were not fresh (it was hard), but my son was so hungry he ate his. I took mine back into the restaurant and they fixed it without hesitation and apologized. I disposed of it inside the location. I got my new fresh chicken sandwich and it was delicious.
The lobby area was not open to the public, I saw they were short staffed and had help from another location. With the shortage they still did an excellent job and were all friendly while doing it.
My one suggestion would be to ensure everyone handling food wear their gloves and change them out whenever you touch anything else other than food.
Consistently slow drive-thru. Consistently out of various chicken sandwiches. Last drive thru worker handled the entire transaction and food exchange without saying a word. Not going back.
The new management team is amazing!!! The staff is amazing, service was fast and friendly, food was tasty! They’ve come a long ways! Give them another try!
My mother and I was in South port for a couple of days and on July 19 2024 we stop here for lunch the lady who came and unlocked the door said they were short staff but the manager said he give us half price if we stayed we was going to go to the Bojangles next door so we order and waited 25 mins for our food the church group who came in behind us order and got there food rt then. I was standing there they kept looking at me but never gave me my order it was sitting on the counter where they make the food when I got our food it was extremely cold and nuggets are not good cold full of sauce from the new nuggets then sitting at the table water keeps dropping off the ceiling store was NASTY will never be back they had 7 people there so how was they short staff

Went to this location on July 27, 2023 and the place was shut down. Drove up to the order kiosk and a voice said their system was down. I can't believe the solution for this location was to shut down. What did restaurants do before computers? This location has had multiple problems over and over again. Don't know if the franchise owner wants this location to be open fully or not.
