I usually come in earlier in the daytime and find in immaculate condition. The service has always been pleasant and is why I come in rather than drive-thru. Sitting in the atrarium area with an iced coffee and a burger at this busy location is quite enjoyable actually. I don't understand the yelp bitchfest towards this place, I'm happy to have this place here in town.
Drive thru is fine if. out there at rush hour..
Inside... the tables and floor are not cleaned enough. The beverage area is often sticky and cluttered.
I don't blame the young workers...
they have enough to do to keep up with orders.
If I order inside, I take my food out to my car.
I like Wendy's baked potato and their chili.. I don't know of any other fast food restaurants that serves chili or baked potato.
I wasn't going to complain about them forgetting my nuggets but not the sauce????????♀️ I was in a rush to work. But then I found black hair in my French fries. I have green hair and my partner has red hair so very clearly not ours. The quality sucked, the foods mediocre, the service was trashy and they couldn't remember our order. Definitely should be wearing your hair up even if you are a man and have long hair if the female has to do should you.
Food was AWFUL. Workers were disrespectful and stupid. They messed up my simple order of fries and a drink.
The people in the night time are rude they be missing drinks and food telling us they don’t have it no more

There’s this old guy that works in the night he doesn’t need to be there he don’t say hi to u or Thanku even if u say Thanku to him he would just handle ur food so if they don’t wanna work
There’s people who need job and can assist better
No customer skill at all

Definitely prefer to any thing in The city Brockton
The Crabby Patty meal did NOT taste good AT ALL, it might be better if the burger was different, the fries were different, the frosty was different, do NOT go to Wendy’s
They forgot the chicken in the chicken sandwich and everytime I order out for a frosty it never deliveres
