I was at Wendy's on 12/11/24 around 6:30 pm. The young man at the register showed amazing customer service. I was impressed, most young people have such bad attitudes. Not this guy. Keep up the good work.
This is one of the better Wendy's out there. The employees are all super nice, the store is clean, they make really good hamburgers, fries, and exceptional chili. You can always tell the stores that have good managers.
I am now sure why you would go to that McDonald's when this place is right next door.
I have worked fast food for 30 plus years and the drive through here is ridiculous. They literally take one cars order fill it and do nothing with the next car until they have completely filled and sent first car on there way. Not even "I'll be right with you"nothing. They not realize they can take more than one cars order at a time. I'm sitting at speaker 10 car lengths away from windows and not even a hello for more than 7minutes.
I came to Wendy’s to get something to eat after working all day I payed 20+ dollars for me sum thing to eat also got my dad something to eat and we didn’t get our full order and when I called to let somone know the guy who answered had a ungrateful attitude and I asked if I could get something instead of what I ordered beck they were out of what I ordered he said yes and asked me what I want I said one sec to find out and he hung up on me I had called back several times after being hung up on and still no answer. It’s not even busy over there , there communication sucks and rip people off on there orders I hate to say it but the Mc Donald’s beside them does 10times better.????
Even with a line of cars the drive thru moved quickly. The employee was nice, and friendly. The speaker works well so there was no problem placing the order. The food was hot and tasted fresh. I would recommend this location to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Sat in the drive-thru line for 15min, every person who made it to the speaker was told to please wait as they were understaffed. Gentleman at the window was likely new, or overworked, either way he was less than stellar. Ended up missing something from our order, had to park and go inside where the counter person was not busy at all and helped me immediately, albeit slowly. If you're standing around without something to do, help the drive-thru out so they can get people in and out faster. In the time we were sitting at the speaker, at least four cars left the line and went elsewhere. All things considered, food was actually good, not really any complaints there, which was surprising.
Why, why why would you employees at Wendy's that finally get paid your $13/hr plus still refuse to do a good job for your salary? I paid over $30 for 2 combos and both of those combos had the driest, blackest, meat I've ever seen. (I won't even go into the baby piece of romaine and sliver of smashed tomato!!) I know that meat sat in the store for hours!! Sickening!! If you are making more and I'm paying more, why can I not get fresh hot & juicy burgers as is your company motto??!! You should be ashamed to serve old food!! You are going to give someone food poisoning... which can be deadly!! I'm thoroughly disgusted at the repeated laziness and careless attitude of this Wendy's. And the pics are of Dave's Double, even though the dried up burger looks like the jr patties!!
I was doing an Uber eats pickup order at 12:55 am to pick up an order that was placed 1 hr ago. They stated they had no food left out at all serve and no order ready an f refused to make anything and said the store was closed! Which means they closed the store down what 30 minutes early at minimum but stated they closed at one. Refused to give me name to report! Horrible service! No food! I lost time and money! All because he didn't want to do his job!
