If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a carry out order and arrive to a locked lobby, at 12:00 pm? Call to cancel the order because I didn’t have time to sit through the drive thru that had cars wrapped around the building and the manager was no help at all. Rude as can be and apparently did not know how to cancel mobile orders. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this staffs rudeness but will definitely be the last.
I just left from this location and not only was the drive thru backed up the lady up front was talking to a customer so stupid. There was an elderly man in there that wanted a drink and another man assisted him. He asked for a straw and she got super loud saying that wasn't his drink tapping her nails. Shouting he needs to pay $3.00 for the drink. Her attitude is so horrible and I feel none of them there should get any drinks free the way she treated that elderly man. Horrible service.????
I went to the drive thru and sat for sometime. Thinking the intercom was not working after saying hello numerous times, I pulled to the window. The lady finally came and told me I needed to drive back around and order via the intercom. By that time there were several other cars lined up, so I just left. Please know Wendy’s is not the only place that provides fast food!!! So, I went where service is always good, chick fila.Unacceptable!!!
Ordered food no issues but to get it was another story. Took 21 minutes and multiple people after me received there orders. Ask the front staff and she said they are short staffed. What does that have to do with you skipping my order. Plus the people after me who ordered were missing items and had to return mutiple times. This is a first and last at this location. The staff didn't seem to care about working either.
Did you want fast food? Sorry the kitchen is full of people but they can't seem to figure out how to cook a burger.
Drinks perhaps? No the machine has no carbonation so you have to get sweet tea, lemonade, or punch only. Told the employee about this and they just shrugged and said "oh, yeah we know".
Restrooms? Yeah the doors are broken so they don't lock so you have to just hope no one walks in on you.
Clean tables/floors at least? Think again, all the employees are too busy trying to figure out how to cook that hamburger you ordered 15 minutes ago.
11-20-19 lunchtime. So wow Wendy’s and a good experience. Who would have thought. The food was consistent if not better then other locations. The food also had decent presentation. Everyone was polite and helpful that I met. The location was clean. The store had a really nice layout as well. This should be a training location for many other locations. I’ve posted at plenty Wendy’s locations before and I have never gave a 4 star so good job today.
Staff was pleasant. Chill and quick. Always get drive through so can't really talk about atmosphere. What I came here about is the tea. I have never had a beverage that wasn't intentionally messed-up and mixed taste so out of whack. The tea is the most disgusting tea I have ever had. Every single time. I'd rather have a strong, unsweetened tea, no ice, just brewed on a hot summer day tea than this trash. It's terrible. Service was pretty good though. Last time I'm going today. Gave the benefit of the doubt several times. Won't be back
Just got breakfast here and it was fire. The breakfast potatoes were super hot and fresh and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was amazing. I don't know why they aren't busier in the morning.
