I usually don’t go to this location because it’s always something with them. But I just came from the dentist that was nearby and decided to just get something simple so that I won’t have a problem. Still had a problem. I ordered chili cheese fries and nothing but wet juice and pieces of meat and cheese. when I asked for a refund, I was asked why and I showed them. I don’t know if the girl was the manager or not, but they both had an attitude. and the person who gave me the refund said that the juice is at the bottom when you get chili cheese fries why would I be worried about juice being at the bottom just look at the picture you can just tell they dont care about ppl food. got my refund though!
Other than taking 18 minutes from order to get a grilled chicken wrap, was good. The employee making the wrap was asked, "did you make the wrap yet?" By another employee, and they almost killed their eyes!
I placed a mobile order on 10/13. When I arrived at the store I was told they only had chicken. Just like that. "We only got chicken patties." My mobile order was for four burger meals and a spicy chicken meal. I asked to cancel the order and we went to Cook Out down the street. A week later still no refund. Wendy's chat in the App is of no help because this is a franchise location.
This has to be the worst service anyone could have received. From the initial order to the pay window, all the way to the pickup window. This was not my first time being treated with such degradation. This location seemingly has forgotten the age old saying, "the customer is always right. " After being told the wrong amount to pay, I was made aware that the incorrect order i was given, i was stuck with, and nothing could be done about it. This was all coming from the teenage manager who handled the situation as if my wife and I were the issue. She made a lack luster attempt to correct the issue by shoving our drinks out of the window and into my hands. The food was mediocre at best. The unsalted fries tasted as if it were from the previous week. We were not provided any straw for our drinks, spoon for the frosty, nor a receipt. They offered no apology nor showed any empathy for the mishap nor for the inconvenience. The staff including its manager was inadequate in the simple tasks of fast food service. I will never patron this establishment ever again. I will make it my personal duty to make it known to my surrounding neighbors to do the same.
I really need to stop coming here. Went today 12/18/24 around 7pm. The crew there was horrible. I asked for blue cheese with my order, they forgot it. They charged me for a large drink when I ordered a small. The girl at the window gave me my bag but turned her head while handing me the bag. What happened to customer service? There is always something wrong when I go but it’s the closest one to my house. I’m not coming back even again this time.
Horrible employees at this location. Too busy laughing joking and having a great time to pay attention to your order and then get mad when you have to tell them they didn't give you what you ordered. Ordered 10 piece nugget and medium fry. Easiest order ever. Get my bag and theres no fries so I ask for them and the girl in the background yells "why does she want fries??" Um... maybe because I ordered them?? Too busy socializing with each other to fulfill the easiest order ever. On top of that their scanner wasn't working so I couldn't even use my reward for a 10-piece nugget which was the entire reason I went there in the first place
I ordered the new triple berry frosting pulled up to the line then they told me after paying that the machine was broken. Why even let me order it ?? Then I say give me a refund. What seems to be the manager approaches and says we’ll figure something out for you. I say no I’ll take a refund. Are you gonna give it to me? They tell me to pull over they will bring it out shuts door so I do . And they gave me a melted water like frosty & refused to refund me . It’s about 2:40 Tuesday 06/12/24 like it was just 3-4 $ yall couldn’t refund that ??
This Wendy's was wonderful when it first opened. I was there tonight and there were zero cars in drive-thru, and zero people in the restaurant. Several kids(workers) were in the back playing and the manager, who appeared to be as young as the workers was out front. She did not acknowledge me, or offered to take my order. Instead she called a girl from the back(who walked out with phone and charger in hand, and had to plug the charger in before taking my order. I also observed a young girl with braids past her butt, pull her hair back with her hands(gloves on), and commenced making burgers. The singing and language were unacceptable as well.
