I’m tired of these fast food workers not doing the easier job!!! Yall have one obligation, serve my food properly!! My fries shouldn’t look taste or feel like they’ve been tripple dipped in nasty dirty grease. I’ve called multiple times to file a complaint about my phone and no one answered. I’m currently back at work hungry I refuse to eat this and I’m not going back unless they answer the phone. Do better
Atrocious. Asked to pull forward for two biggie bags with chicken sandwiches. Would not give me a receipt, saif the machine was broken. After we pulled forward, they gave FOUR vehicles their food while we waited. All dining room doors were locked at 2pm, and we needed the restroom. We went in through the station side to the bathroom ( that wendys shares) and there was NO TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS. How are employees supposed to clean up like that?
When we finally got out food the fries weren't even hot. Horrible service, will never go back.
Poor service. Ordered at drive thru at 1140 and instructed to pull ahead and. They had three customers in side and watched five vehicles that were behind us served and drive away. We ordered two #7 no special way. Not a single employee came out to tell us what the delay was. They were clearly not busy. My husband had to walk inside and wait even more before he got our order. Total wait time for our crappy experience was 20 minutes for fast food. Don't recommend this bus
So I ordered a pretzel baconator, which of course the bun wasn't the pretzel bun as you can see. So I asked the same employee that took my order and she said, "oh you wanted the pretzel", um yeah that's what I ordered. So are you out of the pretzel buns, "um let me check", as the back crew stares on in space.. she comes back and says, "yes we are out. Do you want them to make you another?".So how is the burger going to be any different, making another will get the same result.. you still don't have the pretzel bun and I asked well its just a bacon burger now, so there will be a price difference and again, stare into space.. I just said whatever space cadets. Won't go here again.. they should have caught it while making it and offered to make something else. And yes I took the bite after saying whatever, was still hungry.
0/100. Workers here don't seem to care about their job. A simple "enjoy your meal" would suffice but 9 times out of 10 the workers don't say anything. Often times they forget items that I ordered and paid for, and when I come back there are zero apologies or customer service etiquette. They never give a receipt with my order so it leaves me lost for words. The food tastes terrible and the cleanliness of the establishment is non-existent. Today I was served expired tortilla chips. Do us all a favor and shutdown the establishment and clean it before the health inspectors fine you.
I paid $13 for a #7 combo, and they put so much mayonnaise that it ozzed out the back all over the place, and i couldn't finish it. The drive thru was slow, but it was lunch.
First when we got inside they were all at a table and the manager told them to get up three times. They finally do. We order our food and get our cups. No lids so have to ask for lids. They get mad. We wait got our food and it's cold and old. Didn't even get the ranch like we wanted. Got only 3 nuggets not 4 and they were so old and gross. Every time we come we get old food and told we will do better next time. Still waiting
Ordered a number 6 with sprite.
Got plain sandwich and stale fries.
No receipt.
This is not the first time,(or even second) I have had problems with this location. Drive the extra few minutes and go to the pinhook location by youngsville hwy. It's worth it!!
