Absolutely ???? the worse!! The shift manager horrific handed my food out window not only without my food but he had the bag smashed up in his hand the guy at window took it back told him didn't have all food l stop check the fries there no words those fries looked like they got them out of trash and Absolutely cold and wilted nuggets cold. Turned around went back in the store instead of drive through told a guy at register that this food was unacceptable he went immediately to correct the problem while he was doing that the shift manger sees me and starts waving at me that's professional the while other guy is waiting on FRESH FOOD finally the shift manager walks over to me says oh he's sorry l told him that food is unacceptable he would have not ate or gave that to his children so why send it out and l also told him he was also unprofessional and unacceptable he handed my bag of food out the window wadded up and all food was not in the bag he also told me sauces were in the bag before leaving and Absolutely was not any but ketchup.
It's bad enough the cost of living is so high and the food there also expensive the very least the very least that can be done is give people quality and service if you won't eat it why would your customers eat it. FACTS!!
Where's the pride and quality that Wendy's so leans towards because it's not at this Wendy's ZERO!

Food is always cold/stale, slowest service from anywhere in the area by far, order regularly wrong. The workers are also usually irritated but I understand why. Wouldn’t be an issue really if the food was right or warm. Hope to see it improve soon
Cashier an obvious trainee with a loud voice and seemingly little patience when asked about a grilled option on the Asiago chicken club. No grilled option. Kitchen staff all speaking loud about personal lives. I didn't think they were being professional.
Definitely my favorite Wendy's. The food was just on a different level, their bacon looked fresh not over or under done and as if it was cooked minutes ago. I asked for certain items to be left off the burgers and they delivered. Our bacon fries was also well cooked, fresh fries, bacon and a ton of cheese. We were greeted when we entered by Gary who was cleaning very thoroughly. The wait was a tad bit long, but was super busy. The manager on duty Jason was running that kitchen to a T, everyone had their position and was killing it. The cashier was stumbling a little, she yelled for help twice and also got on her phone infront me. Other than that she did good with my specific order. The bathrooms/tables/chairs/condiment area was spotless. Definitely the best Wendy's I've ever been to and best in the Huntington/Bville/Milton/Ashland area. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
Prolly the best Wendy's I have been to. It's fast food but they actually care about what they are serving you. They don't skimp and they make sure it's presentable and it's always the way you order it. Huge bonus, the restrooms and lobby are always clean.
window ladies say happy things in the most unhappy voice but thats not why im reviewing. ive had hot and ready breakfasts from here before and i cant say a sandwich has ever not been up to my standards because its well, a sandwich. but as someone with a lean towards fast food ive been trying to pick out healthier items. i go for a ceasar salad lately at my local wendys and this one was kinda out of my frequent. now that being said i know salads are a non frequent order for a fast food burger based place. ive never had a fresh good salad since the strawberry summer one at any location . idk if thats bias or jus a wendys thing. the lettuce is always sour no matter location but this particular one almost half the container was bad, im talking brown lettuce and for the price that isn’t acceptable. they slapped a chicken patty on, non cut, and threw some cheese in a corner. honestly not the worst case obv wouldve liked fresh lettuce but it was the execution and lack of care. they didnt have that busy an hour and ive worked at mcdonald’s i know what busy is. dont want any free stuff jus posting for the people who care.
I visited this Wendy's location on 7/16 with a mobile order. Arriving at the drive-thru at 8:55 PM, I was abruptly informed they were closed by a staff member yelling, "We closed at 9." Despite mentioning my online order, I received no response for five minutes. Eventually, a woman informed me again that they closed at 9, without any explanation. After further confusion, they finally mentioned a new grill installation and suggested I cancel my order in the app and return the next day. The entire experience was frustrating, with poor communication and no clear direction. Very disappointing.
I’m actually so fed up with this place I’m done going. I get off work so late that Wendy’s is normally the only thing that’s open so I’ll order online and every single time I’ve ordered my food has always been wrong.
At this point, I just don’t understand how it’s so hard to get an order right.
One time I went in and they gave me a completely different order than what I ordered.
Another time I went in and then they just don’t give you condiments.
Other times I’ve went they just forget part of my order.
And this last one was just the last straw for me I ordered Two orders of the new saucy nugs one order of them were barbecue and one order of them were Buffalo and for some reason they gave me both barbecue!!!!! It’s insane how many times my order had been wrong! If you live closer to this one, I wouldn’t even recommend going. I recommend driving all the way to the mall to go to that one or go to the one in Huntington.
