Honestly used to love Wendy’s but I got a long black hair in my Cobb salad, GM refused to give me a refund cause it has to go through someone else, don’t go here it’s gross ????
Edit: first shift manager Kandy was smiling when telling me she couldn’t refund said she was the only manager but got the GM when she couldn’t say anything else. GM Troung could’ve done better and spoke unprofessionally and looked like he was high on something
We went through the drive-thru and our order was immediately taken. Cosmic was a very friendly server and was communicating with his team to get us our food as quickly as possible. The best fast food experience I’ve had in a long long time.
Went for lunch and my spicy chicken sandwich was actually a spicy rock sandwich. Do not buy chicken sandwiches or nuggets at this Wendy’s.
This place is great! Went here with friends and the service was fantastic (thank you Cosmic)! Food was great! Seriously y’all should pull up
Went to get the limited time pineapple frosty. When I got there, I was waiting at the counter for 5-7 minutes before someone came to get my order. Then I was told that they only had chocolate frosty base, not the vanilla as advertised with the pineapple frosty, so I turned around and left. If you have a limited time frosty, you should make sure you have the ingredients for it!
I would leave no stars, but I can't.I just went through the drive through where they had my order incorrect on my receipt.I reached out to tap on the window and the drive through window moved and banged. Because it's loose and the manager proceeds to yell at me for banging on the window that I didn't Bang on. I touched it with one finger. I will never eat at this location ever again. As long as she's still the manager. What happened to customer service? People that come and order food to eat is what pays those people's wages.
Was served two cold Daves Doubles consecutively. The burgers were cold to the touch with the cheese also cold. The Asiago Chicken Sandwich was also cold with striated chicken. Wendy's is only good if they adhere to their one time motto "Hot and Fresh". Unfortunately fast is the only concern as we watched many delivery drivers pick up food orders.
The food has really gone downhill. We tried the chile cheese fries and the chile was so bad I could only eat a couple bites. Fast food is too expensive nowadays not to be good. We spent $50 on meals for four people and couldn't finish it because it tasted so bad. Crazy. On a happy note, my tomato was a peace sign. ✌️
