Don’t door dash from here. They won’t send the full order and they will blame the dasher or the system. There’s a very rude girl that doesn’t know how to speak to customers, doesn’t know the art of de-escalation. Does not take responsibility for her actions or her mouth. I told them they got my order wrong and she told me it wasn’t her fault and she wasn’t going to give me shit. Horrible customer service. I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s and I suggest yall don’t either.
They were absolutely rude when I asked about the salted caramel frosty because it wasn’t in my order when I got it. My food was cold when it was served and I really don’t appreciate that I would expect it to be warm when I get it but nope it wasn’t I’m very upset and I will not be going back anymore
We just came through Tullahoma on our way home and stopped at Wendy's to grab something to eat. The food was good, but I really wanted to commend Corey, who took my order. He was very polite, asked my name for my order and continued to use it with me personally throughout our interaction. Great customer service!
We only had the Dave's burgers and both of us have come down ill almost immediately after eating. Please don't eat here, the outside of the building looks how it tastes.

This place has a bad habit of not giving you your entire order. This is my second time I got home (14 miles away) and my order was missing something. This time it was a large fry at the cost of $3.49. Absolutely sucks!
Went there tonight got 2 classic chicken sandwiches and fries and frosty. I said no pickle no tomatoe and being from Fayetteville it's a drive just for Wendy's but usually worth it although not tonight, both sandwiches were spicy so when I returned the manager remembered me and my order she would give me both of the sandwiches i had ordered because i ddidnt have but one cause i was so mad i threw one down on the ground. I have never been treated so poorly in all mylife and felt like such an idiot. Well I promise it won't ever happen again!!!!
I got 2 Asiago chicken sandwiches and there was ½ of a piece of bacon on each and soggy lettuce. I got onion on one sandwich and it was also old. The drink was the best part of the meal. This place has really gone downhill. Very disappointed. ????
