I wanted to try Wendy's for the first time but this was a mistake.i ordered a meal ,one burger with a fries and a large coke.when the total was $30.67 for all that?!? I could have went to McDonald's and gotten it for a much less price.very disappointing.the lady who took my order was very rude and looked like she hated her job with that stare she gave us.DONT come here.the burger game me a stomachace once I was half way done.
Just got my food 10 minutes ago and wanted to say how nice the gentleman working the drive thru was. He was probably the politest, kindest worker I’ve encountered in a long time. Didn’t rush me, didn’t huff and puff, was just so pleasant. Bless him for making my night by being kind. It’s the little things sometimes ????
The young man that took my order was very rude, he insisted that I could only order if it “wasn’t a big order” then proceeded to talk bad about the company and giving rude comments to myself. I hate to do this but he has long black hair on the more feminine side. I ordered at 11pm not close to closing time.
The costumer service at this establishment is nonexistent. I ordered fries with both cheese and bacon, and chicken nuggets. When I arrived home I was greeted with the incorrect order completely. My fries did not have the toppings that I payed for, and on top of that, my nuggets were not throughly cooked causing me to bite into a mushy freezing cold chicken nugget. This was extremely disappointing. When asking for my order though the drive through I was met with an automated response that took my order and was unable to answer any of my questions about the menu. It’s safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment.
I love this Wendy’s because the food is always good - I’ve rarely had issues - but my review is really about the staff. There’s a gentleman who always speaks very softly and politely and today an older woman who made my day simply by being extra kind to me at the drive thru. I don’t usually leave reviews like this for fast food places but I think having employees that make customers feel welcome even in the drive thru is so important.
Wendy's used to be a decent place to pick up something to quick snack.
Now....is disgusting ???? wimpy fries ALL the time. The burgers ????

Train everyone with the same information !! So employees can do the job easier. Instead of each manager giving a set of information....different !!

Drive thru has this pretty cool AI taking your order, and it works well. However, I didn’t get the sour cream for my sour cream and chives potato, and the lid wasn’t sealed on the container just kinda sitting loosely on top.
Those aren’t a big deal, mistakes happen. The bigger concern is the entire time I was there, the only person who said a word to me was the AI order taker. The two ladies behind the window who took my card and handed me my food didn’t say a word, nor give me a receipt (or offered) and just shut the door ????
I just went thru the drive thru and got some wraps and fries, the woman at the window didnt know how to tender out my order and the second woman to come help her had a very nasty attitude with me and all i was doing was ordering food. After all that i finally get home to give my family food and inside one of the wraps there is a plastic piece from the wrap thing or bread thing that closes it. Very unprofessional! One of my kids could have choked or worse.
