Not a good experience!!! Especially for a $14 fast food order. I ordered the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger meal. The fries were really bad for starters. They were cold, seemed old and were mostly bits and pieces of fries. The burger was just ok, but definitely not as good as other burgers anywhere else. It was pretty much bottom of the barrel for a premium price.
The floor of the restaurant was a mess. There was food everywhere. A lot of dirty tables and full garbage cans too. Both ketchup dispensers were almost empty and barely dispensing any product. The pump seemed to be sticking in the down position on both of them, but opening the lid revealed both were pretty much empty. The worst part is that the employees just seemed to be staying around or on their phones and not a manager in sight anywhere either. One of the employees was leaning up against the counter watching me struggle with the ketchup dispensers, but did nothing. Wendys was the least busy restaurant at the highlands and now I know why.
Stopped by to get food last night in the drive thru, and the food came out pretty much ice cold. Fries were oil logged, it just wasn't good. The service was fast, but food was bad
Every time I've gone here my fries have been cold, as if they were sitting for a looong time. But burgers have always been hot. However, the staff isn't typically friendly here and seems very aggressive...like there's always something going wrong in their day and they really don't want to be there.
20 July 2022 You've got to try their breakfast sandwiches, the Maple Bacon Chicken sandwich is delicious and the potato wedges are really tasty with the seasoning. Wish they'd offer these all day instead of the regular fries, I haven't cared for the fries since they changed them awhile ago.
Service is always friendly.
Although 1 item was missing from my order, I called when I got home and not only did they take my name for a replacement when I stopped next time, they also refunded the amount of the item from my next order. That is above and beyond what most places do. Usually they would give you the item at no charge but I've never had a fast food chain also give me a refund. Well done Wendy's!
It's a good Wendy's i'm not really sure what else he can say, but it's good.
Great service...and with a smile. Prompt attention and food. Place was very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.
Yeah sorry guys I didn't think y'all would actually give me that much sauce for a SMALL FRY ???? 10/10 though I made a leaning tower of BBQ sauce! Tons of fun
Very slow inside. Very long line. Definitely give priority to the drive-thru. Ordered fries online so it would be ready and it was, but there were very over cooked and the container was not full .. bathroom is very small and needed cleaned.
