Straight up trash! Pulled up to an empty restaurant so i m thinking i ll get fresh and fast .Ordered chicken sandwich meal i pull up lady asks me to pull up and wait for my meal ?I thinking nobody's here maybe I ll get it fresh so as I am pressed for time seeing i m at lunch from work I grab my meal after 10 minutes of waiting. I get to work which is literally 3 mins away i open my meal chicken sandwich had to of been cooked in the afternoon it was inedible chicken was petrified hard dry nasty fries were the same i m never going back to that place again
I placed an online order for breakfast and when i got there at 10:35 I was told to pull forward as they were working on my order. At 10:54 the manager came out to say they were not working on it and to cancel the order on the app. The app would not let me cancel so i had to wait on hold with their corporate location for 30 minutes to finally get this handled with….. update: it has now been 3 weeks since this happened. I still have bot got a refund. Every time i call the location to speak with a manager i am told to call customer service. Every time i call customer service i am told this location is a franchise and they can not do refunds the manager is the one who has to process it. 3 weeks of back and forwards with absolutely no one taking accountability or refunding a 21$ order that was never received. The absolute worst experience i have ever had and a headache. Can a manager PLEASE look at the computer and submit the refund!
I just paid $4 for a cup of ice. You'll see in the picture my ice level is above the ice "fill-line", and this shot was taken 40 minutes after it was filled. We're not getting our money's worth here.
Was so disgustingly dirty. The food was gross. I have never ever ever had a problem with Wendy's and I don't know where the heck this one came out of, but don't go here. I threw my food out.
lol whoever this elderly lady was in the drive through @ 1:11a.m on 9/13/24 is very disrespectful and lacks professionalism. I came from work ; post a 16 hour shift saving lives and was starving . Only for this rude woman to show a whole face of annoyance when unlocking my phone to use Apple Pay . Then blurting out the sentence ‘ITS CLOSING TIME PEOPLE’ with an eye roll . Excuse me ? It’s only 1:11 a.m This is how yall treat customers ? In not sure if that was the manager because she wore a striped red and white Wendy’s shirt but if she happens to be the manager then SHAME ON YOU GUYS . Yall just employ anybody at this point
Firstly , absolutely nobody outside the franchise set closing time to 2AM .
Secondly , Absolutely nobody forced you to work until closing darling . Be mad at YOURSELF .
Thirdly , I’m sorry that your career happens to be a Wendy’s employee . And I say that because your whole demeanor expressed tonight says that you dislike your job . Once again , be mad at Yourself ! Not happy , hardworking customers that come to enjoy a great meal .
With that being said , I will never get food at this Wendy’s ever again . I will drive a lot further for another one in mornings like these .
Thankfully , can’t no miserable soul make me have a bad day .
The inside line was nonexistent. Super friendly staff and fast service. The single patty cheeseburger with bacon was not on the menu but she made it happen.
My package from a store got delivered there the manager claimed he would keep it and told me to go there. I went the next day claimed they sent it back. Okayy then why did you message me and let me know I can go there... Someone took it.. wacked if you ask me
Lose one point for price hikes. I don't go anymore it's too expensive for what it is. I'll sit down for those prices.
