I stopped here and got a #3 (nugget meal) I asked to upgrade to baconator fries. The service was outstanding. They were super nice and attentive. But when i got home, the fries were just cheese fries with two strips of bacon. The container was also open, but that could have happened on the drive home. They were very busy, so I believe it was just an honest mistake.
RACIST WOW!! As I was ordering I was being rushed within seconds and as I was pulling up to the second window to retrieve my food the older lady was already holding my food out the window rushing me to grab the food. I didn’t even get a chance to put my money away she kept giving me a cold stare . If you are racist as well you will fit right in with the staff and will enjoy the service????
DO NOT GO HERE. There’s been multiple attempts where I tried to get breakfast from here. It’s advertised that they open at 6:30! But when I go through the drive-through, there’s always a “45” minute wait for opening time. I attempted to go at night, being that it was the closest thing to me. They made me wait 20 minutes for “fresh nuggets” just for them to be like warm.
If giving out old fries and nuggets wasn’t enough… now you have to worry about thieves at this location!! One of your employees stole an ederly woman’s credit card information and purchased things!! You all lack morals and customer service.
I would give zero stars if I could…If you can, make the drive to the St. John Wendy’s. This one has employees that steal card information to make personal purchases, and a manager that covers up. This Wendy’s is complacent in consumer fraud, and unauthorized charges.

I ordered the baconator combo large meal. When I received my order I realized that everything else was correct except the sandwich. I compared the sandwich onlinecand sure enough I got the son of baconator instead.
UPDATE: 11/5/2021
So, I ordered 8 sausage biscuits. When I was about to serve them to the family.. I come across that all the sandwiches had no sausage at all. See the photo below.. Cause of this I remove 2 stars. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because I ordered from the for the past year and never had any issues with them. This is the first.. but still a big let down to get meatless breakfast sandwiches.
3 items missing from the order, salads were soggy and no ice. The crew was hustling, but somehow I went out without part of my order. No meat on the taco salad and I asked--is that the taco salad? She said yes...I thought it was on the bottom!
Manager Maria on 2nd shift doesn't deserve one star. She is horrible. Poor service all around.
