Best WLM Reviews
2 wks ago we had issues with this Wendys. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt…. I should have gone ANYWHERE but here. Now we don’t have all our food… the most important parts of the meals!! So in the morning I will be doing a charge back on my card & will never go here again. I suggest you eat elsewhere if you want to eat because you most likely won’t have what you ordered and paid for!! This Place Is The Worst!! Not to mention, the phone number is just a mailbox which is always full…. Guess they don’t want to listen to how much of a screw up they really are!
Would be Zero if possible. How on a Sunday evening do you have no food. Placed an order online for pickup got to the restaurant and the literally had nothing but chicken nuggets. No fries, burgers, Frostys, soda NOTHING. Yet we're still open for business.
The food temperature was excellent
The restaurant was cleaned
Employee greeted us when we entered the establishment.
Can't go wrong with the $1 chocolate Frosty plus I have the Keychain tag for the free one too. It was HOT out so ....
Got a 50 piece nugget and the nuggets got cooked feathers of the chickens still in it
Ordered food #1 double no tomato w medium coke...receced single #1 w everything on it waited in drive thr for 40 minutes to get the food. Then it's wrong didnt find that out till I got home
First time there... Service was pretty good... place was clean and neat... unusual for Wendy's I've visited in Virginia. Food was pretty good... pricey. $46 for 2 adults, 2 kids.
Don't go in. But drive thru personnel are always friendly and fast.
